Can't rate 2.5, so I guess I'll give it 3 stars.
I ordered two of these to decorate for my daughter's 3rd birthday party BECAUSE I was paranoid that I'd get one that was defective. I've bought a few defective mylar balloons online in the past, so I'm always a bit weary of quality. That being said, the first number 3 balloon I tried was sealed shut so that I couldn't push the straw through to blow it up at all. Thankfully, I had the spare balloon that I ordered, which turned out perfect.

Unfortunately there was a tiny hole in the balloon so once I inflated, it was half inflated an hour later for the party

Worst numbered balloon I’ve purchased.
Refused to inflate there was a hole in the balloon. Waste of my money. I must have gotten a bad balloon. Made my sons 2nd birthday not so great as I wanted a number two for him to hold for the photos. :(
