I am a mental health therapist and buy these to share with clients whom I feel will benefit from them. At first I thought they would be more appropriate for and welcomed by adolescents but many of my professional, adult clients keep them close by throughout their workday as well. I have clients who use them as a tangible mindfulness resource when they begin to experience anxiety, flashbacks, or trouble focusing for a variety of reasons. I am very grateful to have found this tool for my clients. Wish they weren't quite so expensive, but definitely a welcome resource. I know I will continue buying them 10-20 at a time for years to come!

I'm tutoring a child and decided to try this with him. We used it for three sessions and I saw a definite improvement in his ability to focus on our work together. My procedure with it was that he had to keep it in his non-dominant hand and I didn't want to see it. He adapted readily to those parameters and seemed to forget that he was holding it. It was a positive experience for him.Unfortunately, I forgot to get it back from him at the end of our third session and now it's gone. I'll probably get another one of these or something similar.

Does what it is supposed to... Helps you keep your attention focused

I wanted to love this fidget toy. It looked like what we wanted when we saw it on Sharktank. However looks can be deceiving. It is smaller and doesn't really fit on the finger as they showed on the show. (so its not discreet) Being discreet was main reason I bought this for my spouse but unless you have child size fingers... it wont fit on finger to wear when not using.It doesn't feel bad in the hands when rolling it around. Overall its ok. Not bad but definitely not great.

As advertised but over priced

Yes, it's just a little fidgety toy, but it is very well made and smooth. I'm over 50 years old and even though I do not suffer from any anxiety disorder, I love this thing! Plus I feel good knowing I'm supporting the gentleman who invented it. His story inspired me to buy it. Get one...they're inexpensive and you'll be helping someone who's battled ADHD his whole life.

Fun little fidget gadet but it is definitely not silent. The figure 8s on the side of the blue rubber strip sound like tiny keys clanking. Still fun, but not as quiet as I'd have liked.

Good stress relief at work and home. Edges of the “keychain” part a little rough. I keep it on my desk and use it almost daily.

Very lightweight and comfortable in my hand. I like the feel of the rubber bands, they're quite smooth and easy to roll and fidget with. The metal bits aren't as loud as the thicker ringed models of this toy and it is smaller as a whole. I did have some discomfort with how it rotated inwards, however. The way I was doing it made it catch on itself and the motion wasn't fluid, it was halting and awkward. I know some complain about the fact that the rings aren't smoothly soldered but it was beneficial for me because with this keyring style I was able to partially take it apart and swap the overlap of the rings. This made a huge difference, now I can rotate the rings without any trouble.It is still a bit jangly and the lightweight side pieces slide about fairly easily. Some might find that annoying, as having the pieces stay together makes it easier to rotate.

Appears to be a great item for our two grandchildren who are fidgety. It’s large enough to be safe with younger children meaning they can’t swallow it but small enough for a pocket.

It may seem like a simple product but it's one you wouldn't think you need until you have it! The rings move very smoothly and feels well made.

Enjoying the product, came on time. Excellent quality and fun to use. 👍
