I have a very moody stomach and my gut gets imbalanced easily. My gastro Dr recommended taking a probiotic daily and bonus a prebiotic also. This has both! I like that it is manufactured in the USA and doesnt contain GMO’s, dairy products, eggs, soy, gluten, wheat, artificial colors or flavors.It has 100 billion max strength living CFUs and 27 specially selected strains. Basically it has lot of the good stuff in there your gut can flourish with . Which helps me feel better overall because an unhappy gut isn't good! If you have any issues with your gut. This is a product for you. The capsules are small and easy to swallow. They do not have a bad taste wither, very nice! I highly encourage you to speak with a dietician or integrative medicine doctor while taking it. They will help you to know how long it is best to take because you don't want to have an excess of bacteria in your gi tract.

I am a C3 quadriplegic (paralyzed from the shoulders down) and struggled immensely with diarrhea for years until seeing a gastroenterologist and having prebiotic's and digestive enzymes recommended. I also take both psyllium (soluble) fiber on occasion and regular fiber daily but did so before using this probiotic and while I found both helpful I have done much better with this probiotic and digestive enzymes. For those interested in those digestive enzymes they are called Essential Digestive Enzymes by Double Word Supplements.

While these were easy to swallow, and the price was reasonable, I had a severe acne breakout on my back while taking them for the past month. Acne flare-ups are a common side effect associated with taking high strength probiotics.Here's the kicker, I did not take the 100 billion CFU suggested serving size. I actually only took 1 tablet, thus cutting the dosage down to 50 billion CFU. Even at that level, the acne breakout was bad. I do not have any known food allergies. I have since stopped taking them, and the acne has started clearing up. I will have to find a different brand with a much lower dosage. Research is showing that 1 to 10 billion CFU with 10+ strains is sufficient for adults.Update 3-14-23: although this probiotic did cause a severe acne breakout on my back, their customer service reached out to me and provided a full refund. That gesture was very appreciated and it is a testament to their customer service mentality. For that reason I added 1 star.

Can't swear that they made my digestive system a lot better but they sure didn't make it any worse.
