Helps a lot with Arthritis pain.
Go down a size they are made very large. It does work. I’d buy 2 because they make the area around the patella sweat heavily. I’m going to buy a compression sleeve when I’m in the house and not moving around a lot, you may consider that as well.

Good knee brace.
Bought to help support my knees while working out. Good brace but runs small if you have thick legs. The whole brace will slide down while working out if wearing over leggings.

Great option for larger thighs
Im 5'4 230 lbs trying to find knee braces for thick thighs is a joke. I read reviews measured my thighs crossed fingers and ordered brace. Wow, great fit does not pinch or ride down, didnt roll either. Hinges is ok, straps wrap well and velcro nicely. I have worn to drive,shop,walk with no problems.I would purchase again

Larger sizes don't lay flat
I don't know if it was the size 5x but it bulges over the knee and won't fit under clothes. I bought for walking holiday at Pigeon Forge tn but couldn't fit under jeans and too tight over. I'm a tall girl. 5'9 and 280lbs
