This product is very comfortable and soft and I can wear it all day with no problems. It doesn't squeeze the wrong way like some similar products can. I was worried it was going to be difficult to put on since there's no buttons or zippers but it slid right on without issues and even helped with the wearability of this piece.Absolutely recommended!

I am 5’4”, mom of 5, and struggling with Diastasis Recti. My last 2 births were c-section so I have the pooch from those surgeries. Currently 5 months post partum and I love this binder! I have other ones that you Velcro and it is uncomfortable and doesn’t look good under clothing. This is perfect and a great tool in helping me heal my diastasis. I love that it holds but is not so tight so I can still activate my core muscles to strengthen them. I love how flattering it looks under clothing and holds in the mommy pooch well. I LOVE this! I’m already pretty small, my bust is 34” and my waist is 27” and my hips are 36”. I really just wanted this to accentuate my waist and to give more of a cinched look when wearing form fitting clothing. This did exactly that and made my tummy appear flatter too. I’m a size 14, 190lbs. I ordered an XXL based on sizing chart and it fits great. It has 4underwires that meet it from sliding. Not visible under an undershirt if it is a littleloose. Does a great job at hiding imperfections. I read many reviews and I selected this one based on other reviews and it is totally worth the price! love my waist! Perfect for someone starting to waist train or wanting back posture

I am 150lb and have a 27" waist. Because I lost weight, my stomach has a lot of extra loose skin. I was looking for something to make my stomach flatter. Overall, this product worked very nicely and is very comfortable. I only wish that it would have been a little tighter to pull my stomach in just a little more. I ordered a size M/L

If you want a Kim K waist trainer, this isn't it. This is more of a shapewear garment that will smooth out all the lumps and bumps, but it does "suck you in" a bit. For me, I was looking for something to use instead of my Spanx camis and tanks. I find it more difficult to make those types of layers work with my summer dresses and sleeveless tops. I'm a size 14 and biggest size fits me snuggly.

I've been really happy with this one. I purchased with the intentions of using as maternity/postpartum support and so far has held up quite well. I have washed and dried it multiple times and it always seems to shrink back to original size which I love. It gives decent support for hips and back without being too restraining. It does have four "steel bones". I say that lightly as I'm not sure what they are made out of, but aren't uncomfortable at all. Two in seams in front and two in back. It takes a few days/weeks to get used to the constant wear, but after a while isn't noticeable. It's comfortable to wear day and night. Is almost unnoticeable under clothing and is still able to stretch out. Which is great for an expanding pregnant tummy. I wished I'd have had something like this for my last csection as it sits well around the bikini area and I feel like it would rub less than that awful wrap they give you at the hospital.

This has one con for me - the length is too big for me. I set this right on the pubic bone, panties must be worn over it for this reason. The top is at the base of the breasts. I could handle the ribbing/boning if this wasn't so long, but I get jabbed and by the end of my work day, it has me ready to scream.The material is very nice and even though you strugle to get it on, it does work. I have washed it multiple times and it has held up. I bought one in each color. I actually bought this to use as a large ace bandage around my pulled stomach muscle.
