I wanted a stick vac so I could stop sucking up dog hair by bending down with my handheld vac and I don't want to drag out the regular vac everytime I need to do that. I don't know why I chose this one, but it certainly works for what I need. My downstairs is mostly tile and I only use this to clean up the dog hair clumps that accumulated around the baseboards and stairs. I don't ever run it for very long, so I can't speak to that, but it picks up the hair fantastically. I haven't had luck, however, with it picking up the clumps of stuffing that comes out of my dogs' toys, but I'm not sure it's really made for that and that's less of a problem for me. It does really well with the grass, dirt, and leaves my dogs drag in from outside also. If you need something simple, this is a good bet.

Very light, works as advertised (not really for thick pile carpets) The switches and clip are a bit cheap, but just be gentle and they'll be fine. For $109.00 it's well worth it !

I purchased this product last year and it stopped working after about a month I believe. It would power on for a few seconds and the roller would spin but there would be no suction, and the device would power off (after maybe 2 or 3 seconds).The company told us to keep the old one and they sent us a replacement unit.Since we got to keep the old one, I figured I would do some tinkering and opened the old one up. Inside the handle/battery portion of the vacuum is a rubber cover that I assume is suppose to keep the wires secured to the circuit board. Problem is the rubber cover doesn't fit properly and it causes the wire connector/plugs (I'm not an engineer, I don't know the specific terms) to detach from the circuit board. Specifically the blue wires if I recall.Fortunately I was able to just push the connector for the wires back down, fit the rubber cover back over the circuit board as best I could, put it back together, and it worked perfectly. Now I had two working vacuums.Well the second one started doing the same thing this week. So I took it apart as well. And sure enough, same thing. Same fix and I'm back to two working vacuums again.The original purchase has not had the issue occur again YET. Though I suspect one drop will jar the rubber cover lose again and I'll have to fix it.If you have one of these and it stops working, dont just throw it away. It's an easy 10 minute fix.If I had thought about it at the time, I would have taken pictures. Just take it apart, make sure all wires are fully connected to the circuit board, and re-assemble.

I bought this on sale to replace an older, well-known brand vacuum that did a good job, but was far too bulky to use in my small apartment.Was I surprised! Attachments snap on and snap off easily, it's lightweight, it get under furniture without having to move them, the suction cannot be believed for such an appliance, and emptying the dust cup is so easy and hands-free. Add to that the long running time (I can clean my entire apartment on less than a full charge, and not just floors but above too) and you've got one heck of a vacuum!I'm very happy with my purchase and recommend it to everyone.

This thing is impressive. The suction is extremely powerful. It moves from hardwood to tile to carpet with ease and cleans a house with two cats and two small fluffy dogs really well. The flexible movement of the head is nice, and the light is good to have when going under or behind furniture. I think it’s extremely lightweight and easy to carry. There are only two things I’m not entirely thrilled about. 1. It’s a little annoying to clean out. You can’t just empty it. You have to take it apart. Still, that’s not a complaint because it’s not difficult to take apart—just inconvenient. 2. It blows air on me instead of away from me while I’m vacuuming. I’m right-handed and feel like I must have mistakenly ordered a left-handed one, but I don’t think there is such a thing. It just vents on the left so be prepared.Don’t let the two negatives deter you, though. This is a good machine. I also like that it hangs on the wall and out of the way while it’s charging. This gets 4.5 stars from me.

I bought this mainly for carpet and it works great for medium pile carpet actually. It also works quite fine on hardwood. It doesn't come with as many attachments as some of the other vacuums though, but what it has is sufficient. The battery is fine and the suction power is pretty great. I haven't had issues with anything getting tangled in the roller, either. It is light and the parts are easy to swap out. The head roller is very flexible in turning on both axis making it a breeze to use.My only real complaint so far is the capacity of what it can hold when cleaning as the container is actually quite small. I use it mainly in one commonly used area of the house for regular easy maintenance but if you are doing an entire house you will probably need to empty it more than once during vacuuming.Overall, with the discount sale I got this for I am quite satisfied when I was worried I would get a less than competent product.

I purchased this to replace a stick vac that I loved and lasted 5 years. I have a small home and a large dog. On first use, I am very impressed by the suction. It is louder than my original vacuum on the regular setting and very loud on the highest setting. I actually don't think I need a higher setting because it's very effective at baseline. This was heavy, especially when off the brush and used like a dustbuster. Even when using it as a stick, my arm was tired, and my hand ached. The long-lasting battery allows me to complete my whole house (800 sqft) while retaining 1/2 charge. I have an 8x10 wool rug and had to stop 3 times to empty the canister, which is ridiculous. I would give it 5 stars if the canister could be increased by half at least! I got it on sale, and there was a coupon so happy with the price. I likely would have purchased a higher-end brand to have a more ergonomic and higher capacity vacuum if I was comparing it at full price to other models.
