Ordered this self cleaning litter box back in July. I have had nothing but problem after problem with it. The point of the self cleaning litter box is to not have to stress about cleaning up after your cat. It does not even clean up after my cat. It does not clean up clumps of pee or poop. It is not a quiet cleaning litter box. It is very loud and disrupting. The WORST….the worst of it all is that it leaks. Yes….it leaks. My whole apartment smells like cat pee everyday because it has been leaking out my cats pee since I have got it. DO NOT get this product. I threw away around 500 on a something that doesn’t even work. Save your money…. It’s not worth it.

This is it cat lovers. It is SUPER QUIET.Easy to put together. The cats like it and I love it! Pull out the drawer dump the contents and waa laa. It runs smooth. oh Did I say QUIET. 2 things though. The bags it uses only comes with one bundle. They are odd shaped. I use a 8 gallon trash bags they work. The drawer that collects the waste does not seal complete. I do not like that but so far there is no odor. So it must be doing what it was designed to do. But some buyers may also not like this. But since your dumping it daily it works. I do have larger cats they do not care for the size. Please follow the instructions to to set up wifi. There are two places to plug the electrical cord into, i think that was my issue trying to connect to wifi. Once i switched that i connected to the wifi. I will say the the scale on the front does not seem consistent. Thats an honest review. Over all it does the scooping, so i dont have to.

This item does not reset the babies weigh after use. I don't know if I received a definitive product by chance or if everyone will have this problem it is unfortunate because it is very quiet and does run the cycle after use. I may try an exchange to see if the litter box would reset I would give it 5 stars and recommend it but as is I can not recommendUpdate: I did order a replacement the issue now is noise Amazon understandably cannot send another replacement however I ordered another one at the same price. I ordered another one because the first one was so quite.the issue of litter coming out of the litter box itself ( it does not) the litter box sits lower then others because of the age or disability of your cat when my cat uses the litter box he brings litter out of the box with his feet my fix for this is a litter mat this will take care of that problem when I receive the new one if there is any issue I will update. Amazon was very nice and did refund my money on the one that I now have so I am looking forward to receiving a new litter box. I would recommend this item it comes with free Amazon support so if there is an issue they would be happy to refund or replace it one time. I ordered a third one I had to purchase it sadly after I send the replacement back to Amazon I am just going to get a refund . I am really sad because I have a sick baby who can not jump into a taller one back to scooping the new one came well wrapped but had some broken pieces inside. I am really sad about this because this one is very quite and a mat did take care of the litter coming out as the babies jumps out. I don't think I will try another one although I have not completely made my mind about that it is a bit hard to believe that as well as this one was packed there were broken parts inside of course that could be UPS fail the man that delivered it rolled it over several times as he brought it up to my door if I do decide to give it one more try I will leave more feed back.

I would have given this litter pan a 5-star if the App would have worked for setting up the cleaning cycle. It still deserved a 4-star because there is a button you can press which will make the pan rotate, plus it rotates itself after a cat has left the pan. In addition, the used litter is collected at the back of the machine, which means you have to keep that side open so you can pull out the collection pan. Would have been nicer if the collection pan was on the side or in front. Overall though, it is a quiet machine and works really well. My cats love it!

Absolutely horrible product. Not easy to clean at all. Also it only spun around after the first time my cat used it and never again after that. Does not contain litter well at all either. Terrible product and I am returning the item.

Love how quiet it is, the space available for all the cays, and I do have a large cat. Easy to empty. My only concern was on of the clips that hold the fin broke, but it don't seem to affect how it works.....
