Safety Works SWX00318 Paint & Pesticide Respirator, Half-Mask, Niosh Ov/P95, Multicoloured, Large

I purchased this respirator to use when cleaning the nutrient reservoir in my grow room using 38% H2O2. It's a stronger version of Hydrogen Peroxide and puts out some fumes which are not something you want to inhale for sure. I was feeling congested after cleaning my tank a few times without a respirator so opted to pick one up.I normally have some facial hair at any given time so I needed one that could work around that and also allow me to wear some safety googles or glasses. This one fits snugly even around my beard and there is plenty of room for me to wear my glasses or googles. I have had cheap respirators in the past and decided to get a better quality one this time around. This is a high quality respirator. The rubber is soft and pliable and the straps are easy to use and adjust ensuring it it easy to get on and off and stay put when in use. I have a big head and this size fits me just right and I suspect it will fit a large range of head sizes.It will come in handy when I do some body work in the spring on my truck where I will be sand blasting, sanding and spray painting and when doing some drywall sanding - another project I had planned.I am very happy with the purchase. It's a high quality respirator at a more than reasonable price point. I can definitely recommend this product.

Seems to work well, wish it was more comfortable but maybe thats impossible

I used this while spraying weed killer and fungicide sprays on the lawn. I was out in an 85 or more degree day. It was really hard to get enough air on a very hot day when you're working hard. I know someone who worked with gas masks in the Government and he said all the masks are uncomfortable to wear very long or in heat. At least I know the air is being filtered, the seal is good. this one is probably as good as any, I looked at all of them before choosing this one.

I'm in the pest control business and this product is as good as any I've purchased over the years in hardware stores. Niosh approved, soft rubber with a comfortable fit, easy to wear for long periods. I bought it before the virus hit for it's intended use, to be compliant with SPCB regulations in my industry, and ended up also using it for grocery shopping during the Covid-19 pandemic

The protection it provided. It was used while spraying our home for bed bugs.

We got this for my boyfriend since he works with chemicals on a golf course, he uses it daily and has reported that it is comfortable and protects him from inhaling nasty chemicals..not to mention the price is super fair! We recommend this product!

I have acute sensitivity to artificially scented products so this mask allows me to shop the cleaning product aisle in the grocery store. I can also go with my family to more places. Maybe UNSCENTED will come into style. One can always dream....

They seem very effective. I have some difficulty breathing through them.
