Smells like cheap hair oil
I have tried other perfumes of iba but this is the worst. It smells like you have put hair oil and didn't take bath for 2 days. I think they should rename this as hair oil pure perfume. I'm stuck with this and can't even return it 😠I wish there was a way to exchange this with iba sweet passion.
