The grain bait provided didn't seem to do much, so got some "cake" type bait to put on the rod, the rats were able to chew through the plastic walls inside the box but they still took the bait.We have chickens so it's an ongoing battle with rodents, but I'm glad this box means I can bait without fear of the chickens getting at the contents

When opened the package the bait bag had been ripped causing the bait to go everywhere not helpful when i have two dogs. Panicking to get it all up. Lost confidence in it threw in bin

I got these as the signs were there that we had rats at the bottom of the garden mainly in the compost heap. Tunnels appearing every two or three days. Within 3 days of using these pellets in the supplied dispenser we have seen no more signs. Bait definitely been eaten. So hopefully that’s the end of our problem. We will keep the bait down for a good while longer to be sure. Bait was bone dry and the traps are easy to open and to lock but definitely child and pet proof. Happy.
