The product is well made and sturdy. The sellers were very helpful during the customisation process, patiently answering queries as well as taking edit requests. They sent drafts, pictures and videos all through till the product was dispatched.However, my cats are used to a slightly smaller and lighter tag so it appears to be a bit heavy for them. I would love to have this product in a size smaller by a few milimeters in diameter, and also if it came in other interesting shapes like a heart it would be great.Also the ring provided with the tag is too heavy and big for cats. Its perfect for dogs, so may be a smaller ring can be provided when the product is being customised for a cat. I had smaller rings from previous tags that I have used, so replaced the ones provided with the old ones that I had.

The streetsoul people had followed up on my order and asked my requirements for the tag. In fact they sent the video of tag before they dispatch the item.Go for it if you want nice tag for you pet.

Go for it without a doubt. The quality of metal used is good & so is engraving. Our dog plays a lot, rolls over etc but haven't seen any scratches on the tag so far. The pet tag is just awesome. The material is sturdy, and also lightweight. The best thing I liked about street soul is as soon as the order was placed I was immediately contacted through WhatsApp by their team assisting me with the design, font etc. They were patient enough to clear all my doubts.
