I think it’s great, so far it’s working just fine. The program is a little wonky, but I don’t really care about that. The functionality is similar to the Litter-Robot. You do not fill to the fill line, that’s too much, so the fill line is in the wrong place, it’s very quiet And functions just great. There is no guarantee so that part is a little nerve-racking, but even with the guarantee on the Litter-Robot at some point, I had to lose out because there was just no fixing or replacing it anymore. This is a few hundred dollars cheaper, I love it, I’m really happy with it

Make sure you have 2.4Ghz because if not you can't connect. I literally spent hrs trying to get my router to pick it up and I have a dual router but one you can't manually change between 2.4 and 5Ghz. Once I finally got it...which i have no clue how.. after almost pulling my hair out it finally connected. The system is huge and takes up most of my apartment bathroom. The cleaning is quiet. The rotation is slow but works well. Replacing litter is messy if you don't scoop it in. In my case u usually dump from the box so I had to get creative because trying to pour 38lbs at an angle made a mess. Other than that all good.

This box works really good the noise it makes is very low. Super easy to set up, love that the round thing were the litter goes can come off to be cleaned. And the box and step are not bulky.

This won't show as a verified purchase bc I got it directly from the manufacturer.It's ok. I love that it cleans the box after the cats use it, really cuts down on the smell. Litter lasts for a while, it's been nearly a week without having to add more. The auto-stop/ restart features are nice.The bad:Litter fill line is way too high- you'll have half the waste tray filled with unused litter if you use the max fill line. It was 4 days of use before I could open the waste tray and not see it full of clean litter.Weight tracking is meh. I have four cats, and input their weights on the app. It regularly shows two of them using the box- but it's only one of them, and the "other" one is incorrect. I'm sure this could be remedied by re-weighing them and updating the app.The app is COMPLETE GARBAGE. It's difficult to connect the box to your wifi, which you need to do through the app. Oh, and it has to be on 2.4ghz wifi to work. Not the end of the world, but- there's no password option. So you have to put it on a completely open, unsecured network. That's completely unacceptable in 2024 for a software protocol. My best workaround was to take everything else off of 2.4ghz, make it open, and not broadcast the SSID. Using a whitelist didn't work either, so. Be aware of that.My first unit was dead right out of the box and wouldn't allow me to set it into wifi setup. Customer service was okay, not excellent. I emailed, got fairly quick replies, but they wanted a video of me going through their troubleshooting steps, which I found unnecessary but did it anyway. Their call line is not great. It immediately gives you a message that they're busy and hangs up. *Sometimes* you'll get a call back. Guy walked me through the same troubleshooting I'd already done for the email support, and after half an hour determined I needed a replacement. Sorry; he said he'd escalate it to the engineers first. A week after no response, I emailed again. Nothing. Emailed another 3-4 days later. A day after that, I got a response that they'd missed my email and were sending a replacement. No ETA or tracking number. All told it was about three weeks after I got the initial unit before the replacement arrived. Aside from the horrible app setup experience, this one worked.I replied to the email stating they would ship a replacement asking what to do with the bad unit. It was a week before they responded that I didn't need to ship it back, a long time to have this very large box sitting around in case I needed to return the dead unit.All told I'm not entirely unhappy with it, but I wish I'd spent the $200 more for a Litter Robot 4.

So I love the fact you can use it without wifi! Wish it was easier to connect to the wifi....Does a great job keeping the litter fresh and clean. I have used both soy and clay litters as recommended and both work well!The bin holds quite a bit of litter. Definitely do not fill past the recommended fillbline or else you will waste litter.Also the waste reciprocal holds a good amount of waste material and is easy to pull out. I do not notice a smell when it is full.If you have any elderly or animals with mobility issues I would recommend against or to buy the step that is sold separately. It doubles as a way to prevent litter scatter.Both my cats us this unit well!One is elderly and the other has CH.Def reduces the chore of litter cleaning.
