Works well
Nice cutting board, but not exactly what I was wanting. I was hoping for a bigger one, however this works well for small cutting/chopping items.

Theroughly oil with mineral oil before using/cleaning
It's a fine little board. It you apply several coats of mineral oil before first use, then a bit of 80% mineral oil 20% beeswax after each cleaning it will develop and keep a water-proof surface. If you wash this board with water before proper oiling, you'll ruin it.
