Great insoles, I walk for 10 hours a day at my job..And no regular insoles can keep up.. But these can..I recommend taking at your shoes original insoles and replace them with these, then after you break these in, replace your original insoles and put these on top.. Works like a charm

I have severe scar tissue that resulted from Morton’s Neuroma surgery that I had on both feet in 2014. Two years later, I had a revision on the right foot which increased the scar tissue problem even more. I went to PT twice a week for a year which helped reduce nodules and the pain of the scar tissue, however, I have struggled since to find comfortable shoes and to figure out how to reduce the pain of the scar tissue that I feel with EVERY SINGLE step. I now have custom 3/4 orthotics that I put in my shoes over these inserts. These are the best inserts that I’ve found so far because they provide a firm, but cushioned support for my feet. The more support, the less I feel the scar tissue. I’ve ordered several pairs and am thankful for some relief!!

It is soft and slightly thick. It would be comfortable if I had a bigger shoe but when I have it in my boot there's not enough room for my toes. It's nice though, just not for me.I bought the size: "UK 6=US 8" and I wear an 8.5 in shoes. I wonder if maybe it would have been better to have gotten a size US 7 but then again it might still be too thick for my toes to fit.

These inserts are just what I was looking for. They fit nicely in my shoes, and they're super cushy and comfortable. They actually helped my shoes (which were a wee bit loose) fit better. They are not arch supports, so if that is what you're looking for these probably won't meet your needs. In my case I needed to replace my shoe's insole, and these are better and more comfortable than the original. I'm really happy with this purchase. They saved my favorite pair of shoes and made them even better.

Love these! I am on my feet 8hrs a day and cant for the life of me find a shoe that I like and wont kill my feet. Bought a new pair of shoes and they killed the bottom of my feet, threw these into them and what a major difference. I don't expect them to last long since they are foam and I am on my feet alot but great relief. Just buy the exact size of your shoe. Should fit.

These run narrow for a lady with a wider foot - causing the sides of the ball of the foot to "hang over."

I ordered these in size 11 for my Skechers tennis shoes which are size 10.5. I figured I could cut down if needed but they are the exact size as the existing insoles. Very happy with these as they appear and feel like the exact insoles that came with the shoes.

I bought size 5 sole support to fit into my shoes because it was half a size too big. While these were amazingly comfortable (really thick support like memory foam). It was a bit too big for my size 5.5 shoes. I think with these soles, you are looking at needing a size smaller than your foot to fit into the shoes. Since i ordered Size 9 and made a mistake and Amazon kindly refund me, after getting a size 5, it didn't make sense me me to return and get a size 4. I decided to just cut the sole in half for support. Not ideal but don't want to waste more money. I would recommend but remember to size down.

All shoes are different shapes, obviously, but the insoles marked up at size 6 were far too big to fit inside the shoes I bought them for. They were too wide (by about 0.5 cm either side at the widest part) and too long (by nearly 1cm). Since I needed them, I chose to use the current insoles as a pattern and cut them down to size. This removed the ‘sealed’ area around the outside of the cover, exposing the memory foam. Time will tell if I made the wrong choice. If I buy again I will go down at least one size. It would be helpful if the seller included the maximum length and width of the pads in the description.

Was a bit sceptical about these. They arrived and felt solid but I thought I’ll give them a go. I put them in my new boots and I’m glad I did. As they warmed and moulded to my feet I was amazed at how comfortable they were. I finished a 12hr shift and my feet felt great. Would definitely recommend these for everyone.

These memory foam insoles feel good quality and they fit perfectly inside my size 5 Sketchers. I tore out the old memory foam insoles that came with the trainers and replaced with these new ones. I didn’t need to cut them down although I imagine you’d ruin the insoles if you did cut them, I’m sure the insides would be exposed so I wouldn’t recommend doing that. They also arrived quickly and well packaged. Time will tell if they stand up to frequent wear n tear, but like most insoles I imagine they’d need replacing again at some point.Update Edit: having worn these for a while I can now confirm they did start to come apart. Did not last as long as I had expected so after about 2 months they went in the bin. Shame really they didn't last longer.

Mon problème : j'ai acheté par correspondance une paire de chaussures qui taille trop grand.Ma solution : cette semelle intérieure que j'ai simplement glissée à l'intérieur de la chaussure.AVANT de mettre la semelle dans la chaussure :- Mon pied se baladait de gauche à droite- Mon talon déchaussait souvent- Les chaussures étaient inconfortables- C'était pénible de marcher dans la rueAPRÈS avoir mis la semelle dans la chaussure :- Mon pied est bien calé et il ne bouge plus de gauche à droite- Mon talon déchausse presque jamais et avec peu d'amplitude- Les chaussures sont devenues confortables- C'est devenu agréable de marcher dans la rue- La semelle intérieure NE BOUGE PAS quand je glisse le pied dans ma chaussureAlors, oui, tout est PRESQUE PARFAIT car mon talon déchausse encore un peu mais beaucoup moins qu'avant. Les chaussures deviennent portables et agréables à porter, ce qui n'était pas le cas avant.Cette semelle apporte un VÉRITABLE CONFORT SUPPLÉMENTAIRE dans mon cas avec une sensation de moelleux. Vous devez aussi savoir que vous sentez son épaisseur mais pour moi cette épaisseur est très utile.Mon inquiétude était que les semelles bougent ou se plient quand je glisse le pied dans ma chaussure ; ça n'a pas du tout été le cas.Mon inquiétude était aussi que les semelles soient trop grandes par rapport à mes chaussures ; ça n'a pas du tout été le cas et je pense qu'elles auraient même pu être plus grandes de 2 à 4 millimètres sans soucis.J'attribue 4 étoiles sur 5 à ces semelles en fonction du but que je recherchais : pouvoir porter des chaussures qui taillent trop grand.Sachez qu'il existe aussi en vente sur Amazon (ou ailleurs) des talons anti-glissoir qu'on glisse à l'intérieur des chaussures, je ne les ai pas essayé donc je ne peux évidemment pas vous donner mon avis sur ces accessoires.Voilà, j'espère que mon commentaire pourra vous aider à résoudre votre problème de chaussure qui taille trop grand car c'est toujours très frustrant. Et il ne me reste plus qu'à vous souhaiter... une bonne marche à pieds :-)

I thought the product was excellent quality & really good value & were a really good fit .I bought these for my mother who suffers from a ongoing foot complaint where she has very reduced flesh on the soles of her feet. These insoles have really made a difference to her walking around & improved her mobility. I cannot praise the product or the service provided by this seller more highly.
