Missing the swing
The bar is great, but I’m missing the swing. Can you send it to me? and I’ll give you the 5 stars.Update: the swing arrived today, the company was very professional and send me emails and tracking info throughout the return process. I’m so satisfied with the bar and the swing..great quality and my daughter loves it :)

Just missed the return window. Ugh. I really want my money back. So disappointing. It was for my daughter’s eighth birthday and she would have been so excited. Just put it together for her birthday tomorrow.This is not the sturdy frame the description boasts. It’s rickety and unstable. Description says max weight of 375 pounds then later says max weight recommended is 275??? It rocks and is totally tippable. It holds a lot of weight but I don’t trust it to test more than under 200. My teen daughter tested it and she weighs 100 pounds.No instructions for the swings. I had to look up pictures on Amazon to figure it out. It’s totally not as seen in picture. The swing literally lays on floor. No adjustments for height. I figured out a way to adjust the height no thanks to non existent instructions. I weigh 150 and it’s scary unstable.Easy to assemble and fold, sure. But that doesn’t make up for usability.I do NOT recommend this. Sadly. :(So disappointed for my daughter. ;(I can’t even add any pictures. Keep getting errors.
