This is amazing value and so easy to use.My mother has a reclining leather chair - really comfortable for her, but the leather is so thin it was starting to split/wear at the seams and in a small patch in the middle.Rather than cut patches, which may cause her irritation on her thinning and more fragile skin, I just used this to cover the whole base of the recliner (I removed the back of the chair, got out the fabric glue, set the chair in recline position and seating positions as required to ensure the fabric was fitting correctly and voilà - recovered base in @ hour).I chose this because it is good thick quality and meets UK standards for fire safety.For ease of use, I definitely recommend.I am now considering a glue gun and recovering a small foot stool she has in the house with the surplus material...

VERY GOOD QUALITY VINYL IT HAS 4 WAY STRETCH NICE AND EASY TO UPHOLSTER CHAIRS AND SEAT BENCHES OR ANY OTHER UPHOLSTERY PROJECTS. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ALSO TAKES THE HEATH GUN FOR EXTRA SMOOTH WRINKLE FREE CORNERS.

Didn’t quite match up with what we needed it for .

This was exactly what I wanted to recover a chewed (by puppy) cushion on my leather settee without spending too much on real leather. The colour match was good and exactly as appears on the product page and it was far better quality than I really expected.

The media could not be loaded. I wanted to recover my dining chairs so needed enough upholstery leather to cover 4. I’d had a look locally and found the choice of colours very limited and it was quite expensive. So when I came across this I didn’t hesitate to order some. I ordered what I thought I would need and kept my fingers crossed that the quality would be good. When it arrived I wasn’t disappointed. The leatherette was superb quality. It’s about twice the thickness of the stuff I removed from the chairs. It feels really nice and it’s not slippery so no sliding off the chair ( I’m thinking of my grandson). It was very easy to work with and with the addition of new foam Ive got four ‘new’ chairs. I also have enough left to do another two ( smaller) bedroom chairs so a definite bonus. The leatherette is such a decent thickness that if you were covering a round stool you would definitely have to cut away between folds. We did not have to do that on our square seats. I loved the fact that there was a large choice of covers and finishes. I really recommend giving this a go. I’m super pleased with the end result and would definitely recommend it.

I’d already tried a piece of this in green which was very good but this colour is Outstanding as I can use it to make ancient looking journals without having to do any fake age-stressing because it Already looks time-worn. It’s a decent weight if a little stretchy but this is not a problem if you use a liner - a faux suedette works well. At the current price it is good value & I’ll buy again.

Love the fabric but had to leave in the conservatory with door open for a week due to the off-gassing (toxic fumes can damage lungs).
