Love it and would buy again! Bought to replace a device with fewer features that fell into the pool that my wife liked. She loved this. Nice volume and sound (don't know what others expect) Everything about this device was solid and was very satisfied with it....until my m20 speaker power button did not work after 5 mo of use. Not heavy usage at all. Intermittent to light usage. All other switches still click upon pressure, power switch does not 'click" or engage. (Like mush) Speaker is plugged in and red power light is solid red showing charged battery (blinks while charging). Contacted company "chat"...no response. After trying a couple of times contacting direct, contacted Amazon and they insisted that I go through the manufacturer. Contacted again and received an email with only the words Dear. Tried chat again at midnight (they were in China 12 hours different time) they responded and we went through my contact information and phone number and they said they would replace and send a tracking number. Received the replacement in 5 days, but did not get an email about the tracking number. Most likely communication with another country (even China) can be "buggy". So, would I buy again?....Yes a final outcome that solves an issue is always well received and warrants 5 stars. The device features, sound, and workmanship all please my wife.

The sound quality I'd say it has to be about at a 7.8. Has great bass for it's size and loud. But the tweeters could be better. Voice and high pitch are on the lower end while it looks like they tried to focus more on bass power. The lights and ability to choose colors and modes is very nice

We researched a speaker that accepts our flash drive and accepts blue tooth with good sound quality and this one did both.

Sound quality dropped nearly after the first time we played it at top volume. Very distorted bass. It no longer connects with the iPhone or iPad anymore either. It fell apart on one end. Basically all lights and very poor performance. I definitely Don’t buy a speaker for flashing lights. Sound performance and longevity are far more important.Personally I’m calling this a failure.It’s completely dead in 6 months.

Love this speaker! I have issues keeping my Bluetooth connected to certain speakers, but never had an issue with this one! It gets pretty loud and sounds great! I was expecting it to be so big, but I absolutely love it still!I think the best parts are the fact you can change the color, you can have just 1 solid color, or have it change to multiple. And that it’s waterproof! I am such a clumsy person this will be awesome for me!

The speaker works great and the sound quality is a mind blowing experience. The clarity and appearance are great

Very good speaker, sound quality is great, the only downside that I have with the speaker is the battery life, it seems like it would last a couple hours but still is a great speaker
