Love this chair.
One critique or it’d be a solid 5 stars. The arms get a little loose with frequent use. I would assume it’s to do with the mechanism that lets the arm rests swivel back and forth. That being said. I’d buy it again for sure :) and have recommended it many times already!

Buyer Beware
I've owned this chair for about a year and a half now. It took some getting used to initially, but it was growing on me. However, the chair seems to have a common defect that I'm seeing in a lot of reviews. Recently, the chair back has lost all of its support. I looked underneath and the metal frame in the back right of the seat is twisted slightly and the entire back right side of the seat wobbles as though it's no longer attached to the frame. The back cannot hold it's position with even the slightest pressure on it anymore. I'm not crazy over weight or anything and I'm well within the specified range that they advertise for this chair. At the $350+ price range, I would hope for better quality.I appear to still be within my warranty period and have reached out to vertagear and 4gamergear, but I've gotten no response. Sounds like this is a common issue as well.In doing some reading, the warranty looks like it would require me to pay for shipping the broken chair back before they would even tell me if they can fix it under the warranty. I'm not sure how much shipping a heavy chair like this would cost, but I bet it's not cheap. Not only that, but I'd also be out my chair for however long it takes.Update:I never did hear back from the seller. But I went directly to the manufacturer who honored the warranty. They shipped a new chair seat to me. I easily swapped them out and the chair is working fine again.I updated my stars from 2 to 4 because I do like the chair and the manufacturer took care of me.

Easy to assemble
I was able to assemble this chair by myself in less than an hour (maybe 40 mins or less), but I took my time so if needed this chair could probably be assembled even quicker. The only flaw is a tiny fracture on a piece of plastic connecting the armrest to the chair. Other than that the chair is pretty great and I sit on it every day now.

No response from company support
To be honest, I actually really liked this chair while it still worked. While the vertical portion at the front could have been a little bit wider and constructed with a less aggressive angle, the chair was actually comfortable overall.Unfortunately, after a little over a year of usage, the right side hinge assembly appears to have partially detached from the rest of the frame causing the back to no longer stay in position, therefore no longer providing sufficient support, rendering the chair almost completely useless. Since I have no way to actually access the part in question since it is encased in the chair's upholstery so I can't come up with a specific cause of failure. Now, if I could get this replaced or repaired under the company's specified 2 year warranty, or the lifetime warranty that they specify for the internal frame, I'd have no problem. Unfortunately getting a hold of the company to have this taken care of has thus far proven impossible. I've attempted the contact form on the company website to no avail and I've also attempted calling the support phone number listed on their store page on Amazon. I've received no response from either method of contact and the phone number on the Amazon store front rang a few times and went to the most generic voice mail inbox I've ever heard, indicating that they have spent almost no effort on it's setup and gives me concern that they may not even check it.Update 06/21/2020after discovering that I could lock the back in place with a ratchet strap strung between the holes in the headrest and the arms, I was able to get this chair to work at least passably well with a rigid back until recently when the entire seat began to pitch forward and to the right. Since I was disposing of the chair anyways, I removed the upholstery to identify what actually failed. The primary tube on the frame, just before it where it would connect to the hinge that controls the chair's back reclining function, was broken all the way through. I imagine that this was originally a crack when i first started having issues but has continued to deteriorate until it reached the point of completely separating which allowed the rest of the frame to warp. I've included a picture of the failure in this update. In short, I would not recommend this chair due to what appears to be poor materials based on the fact that the pipe portion of the frame broke rather than a weld failing and the fact that the company does not honor it's warranty
