I bought this hoping that it would perform as advertised, which it did and then some. The automapping feature is fantastic, and the technology (lidar radar) works precisely as described. The mopping works well, the auto empty feature works great, and the machine is far smarter than the previous generations of robot vacs. I could see this machine costing double what they are charging and still being under priced. Each component feels quality, down to the smallest details. This is really a great value. 5 stars.

This item stop working within 4 months of purchased date. Suction on base says bag is full with a new empty bag inside, Stop taking a charge and dock lights stays on for only 3 seconds vacuum won't return to dock. What's crazy is YOU CANT RETURN THE ITEM AFTER 3 MONTHS! Terrible product and even worst return policy.

It works well on tile or hard wood. Yes the brush gets tangled up with hair but that’s no unusual you just need to clean it out. The mop function more just brushes water across the floor it doesn’t really push down to really get the dirt up.Now let’s talk about carpet. It does not work on carpet at all. If you have a carpeted home DO NOT get this vacuum. It will bunch up hair and leave it in clumps all over your carpet. That’s all that it “picks up” if you run your hand through the carpet once it’s done it’s still full of hair! I have two dogs so I really needed a great vacuum and I had high hopes.As far as mapping goes it works well when connected but constantly disconnects for not reason. It gets very frustrating having to reset the connection especially if you’re outta the house and wanting to start the vacuum and you go into the app and it turns out that it disconnected.If you have no carpet or rugs and no pets than get this it’ll be great for you and is far cheaper than other brands. If you have pets or carpet steer clear and save for a more expensive one don’t waste your money on this one.

The positives, great mapping and battery life, gets close to furniture and suction is decent for a robot vacuum. It did a great job of mapping my downstairs; I haven’t used it upstairs yet since we are empty nesters. It takes 90 minutes for it to clean my downstairs and it still has 30% of battery left. No issues with it returning to its station and emptying into the base. I do clean the rotating brush after every 3rd cleaning to optimize its function. There are different levels of suction and I use the highest for my carpet. I haven’t used the mopping feature yet so I can't comment on that. The negatives, it only has 1 rotating brush to sweep up debris and sometimes this only pushes it away from the machine and it doesn't pick up well around the edge of area rugs. Overall I am satisfied with this vacuum, compared to others I've had.

We have been using this from last one year and it worked well . Suddenly it stopped charging . It says the vacuum slot needs charging , back to charging , good bye but it’s not charging . Please advice . Can you please advice that do we need to replace battery ? If so where can I get it

This is our first robo. vac. And we are in love. Had this about two week use it several times a week to keep up with dog hair and so far been amazing. Does great at keeping up with the hair bunnies from our three dogs (Lhasa Apso, Pomeranian, Portuguese Podengo) that shed like crazy on the hardwood floors and ceramic tile, but not so great on the area rug or scatter rugs.I haven’t yet tried the mop yet so I may update after trying it.I did read all the negative reviews before deciding to purchase and haven’t had any issues with it so far. The phone app take’s alittle getting use to but now it’s a breeze.I did purchase another robotic vacuum before this and returned it right away before buying this one and I’m so glad I did. I gave Rozi 4 stars out of 5 so not because I haven’t tried the mopping feature yet.I do honestly like it comes with a few more bags and other items needed to keep our little robo vacuum going! My humble opinion great buy for what I was needing in wanting.*****updated review******It’s CRAP! Used it for a bit then all of a sudden stopped connecting to network then would randomly decide to reconnect. I’ve tried for a week in various location all with in range of router and still won’t stay connected for more then one minute. I followed ever step from tech support and now they want a video of it all! Like I really have time for that now too! I just want a reliable product that works as it’s suppose to AND THIS isn’t IT!!Throwing it out today and will spend the extra $$ for something that is more stable!!!!
