Received damaged product.
I was looking for a good USB 3 port for my old computer. I was getting this product online at a good price so I ordered it. When I received this product and unboxed it, I found this product in a damaged condition. Two PCB capacitors were broken and lying apart, although it is rare to find a defective product from Amazon. The packaging of the product was very good and secure. I called Amazon customer care for the same and they helped me a lot. For this I thank amazon customer care very much that they refunded me the full amount. Thanks, Amazon.

Please provide the driver file in CD or provide link to an English website, now the website link provided leading to a Chinese website. Or make it plug and play.

Kaart werkt niet zonder drivers, die nergens beschreven of te vinden zijn.
