Like many people I used to carve meat on a polycarbonate board due to it being easy to clean, until I read about the natural antibacterial properties of Acacia wood. I therefore decided to give this board a try.First impressions are of a very solid carving board which was dead straight and with no warping as often happens with boards of this size. The wood was well jointed and had a lovely grain, and the grooves were well made.On first use it did the job as expected, with juices running into the little collecting dip ready to be mopped up. I then wiped it up while the juices were still warm, and it was surprisingly easy to get it clean.Overall I am very pleased with a useful addition to the Sunday roast paraphernalia.

I was extremely disappointed with this chopping board. It fell apart after the first use, and the wood had gaps that caused liquids from foods like steak to leak through onto my countertop. This is unacceptable for a kitchen product. I would not recommend this chopping board to anyone. Save your money and invest in a higher-quality option.Also they make the returns process so arduous that it’s not even worth your times returning it.

Looks nice and does the job but the wood is soft and surface roughenes with use so becomes difficult to clean.Not very good at collecting the juices from the joint.

I use this chopping board/bowl and curved knife to chop dried herbs. When dried, many herbs have very tough stems, but this knife cuts right through, sharp ! , making the work easier.Reasonable price, as advertised. Would recommend.

Size is great for use in charcuterie board serving. Very handsome board!

The Juice Grooves and reservoir is what is a distinct feature versus other cutting boards. At times, I wish there was one size larger. With the current size I can fit three tomahawks, but sometimes I need just need a little bit more. I ordered one of these boards 3 years ago and the. I ordered for my brother who loves it as well.

The media could not be loaded. We love this cutting board it’s beautiful! Cleans well. We’ve used it a ton and it still looks brand new!
