Works great on polycarbonate
I purchased this tool for helping debur my polycarbonate storm shutters and it worked great. The handle is comfortable and the blade stayed sharp. I recommend this tool if you're looking to debur plastic.

Excellent Purchase
The General Tools 482 appears (according to my internet sleuthing) to be a re-branded Noga Rapid Burr RB1000. The General 482 appears structurally identical to the Noga, takes the same 3.2mm swivel base blades, and is marked "ISRAEL" The only difference is the gray paint and the "GENERAL" logo on the side. This is a good thing! I've never touched a single bad thing Noga makes, and it speaks well of General that they would call Noga up to brand/diatribute this tool. It's beautifully made, has a nice heft to it, works very well, and is extremely well priced (I paid $8, but you know how Amazon prices fluctuate). The same tool with the Noga branding tends to sell for nearly double (Noga tends to sell through nicer machinists supply outlets with high markups, while General is more like it's namesake and has slimmer margins, which explains the price disparity).Only thing I will knock, and it isn't even really worth takin of a star, is the painted body. The product photo makes it look like a raw steel or aluminum body, but both the General and Noga tools are painted (the General version is gray, with a black logo). I would like this tool *slightly* better if the body was clear anodized aluminum or even a nice stainless steel.

Good set for general use!
I purchased this set for my 3D prints. The handles are a bit slim for my hands (Large) but the 4 different tips are a great assortment for different situations. So far, the yellow has been my favorite for trimming PLA prints, sharp, quick and easy!Would recommend!

Great deburring tool
General is a great company that makes great tools for a great price. This debuting tool cleans copper, steel, and plastics well. It’s made well and feels substantial when holding. This tool will last.

It is a great deburring tool - but that is only one use for it
I work in aluminum, and the tool is a great deburring tool for that. But where it really shines for me is making perfect fits for switches and lights in panels. I have found that if I don't happen to have just the right drill bit for the hole size an odd sized component needs, I drill the closest size smaller than it using my drill bits, then I run the deburring tool in the hole a few times and keep test fitting. It carves a smooth aluminum shaving as it goes around the panel hole and allows me to make a perfect fit for the component.I know it is not advertised for this use - but it does the job very well!

Sturdy
Sturdy metal handle. Made the mistake of buying an overpriced plastic one from Home Depot, which broke after a few uses. Have had no trouble with this one. I bought a second one later specifically to keep in my plumbing toolbox, for deburring copper pipes, and even PVC.

Easy to Use and Useful Too!
There are some excellent reviews on this handy little tool but I'll add my two cents worth. It may depend on the type of work you do for how often you use it, but it does exactly what it is designed to do. With the two cutting heads you will be able to save a rough cut pipe, and end up with a smooth finish. The cutting head rotates, you just grab the cut pipe in one hand, the deburring tool in the other and rotate it within the cut end. Almost as it by magic the roughness disappears and you are left with a very clean cut. I don't cut a lot of pipes but this tool is always in my pocket when I do.

Sharp and good quality
Purchased to de-burr plastic waste and soil pipes. Very sharp, comes with a spare tip that I'm sure i'll lose, but very handy and well priced.

HERRAMIENTAS MUY PRÁCTICA
Para mi trabajo es muy práctica, funciona muy bien para rebabas interiores, sobre todo en piezas de aluminio. Buena relación calidad/precio.
