Q: could you take it as a carry on for traveling? or is bigger than a carry on maybe wont fix?

Hello! Thank you for asking. I think you could take it as a carry on for traveling but it may not fit conveniently in your luggage. If you are planning to carry it separately, I think it would work well!

Q: How does it fold up? We open it flat, then raise the back to fold it, but it won't go any further than 90 degrees. Dont want to force it and break it.

Hello! Thank you so much for asking. You should be able to continue folding the chair forwards past the 90 degree angle and then you can use the headrest velcro to keep the chair folded.
