Great debut!
Deliciously over the top hot, swoony, alpha fun. I thoroughly enjoyed this and thought it was a fantastic debut novel. This book follows Olivia and the eponymous Echo. Olivia is a Brit travelling through the U.S. when she find herself stuck in the town of Archer’s Creek. Here she meets Echo. Tough, alpha biker. Their attraction is instant and powerful.Their are plenty of hot times in this story but I was never bored or found anything repetitive. Sometimes things can feel a bit samey and I start to skim. Not the case here. I think it helped that the characters were well developed and I connected to them. Olivia is a strong sassy Brit and I loved her. Echo was a strong, typical alpha but showed enough of his inner softness to let me love him too. They were also great together. The side characters were good too and added there own important parts to the overall story. I look forward to hearing from some of these in future books. I’m hoping they will feature anyway. This was hot but romantic as well. There was a thrilling suspense element too which added to my overall enjoyment.I really enjoyed this and think it’s a great debut. I can’t wait to read what this exciting new author can come up with next.

Hot hot hot!
Hot hot hot and hot!If there's one thing MC books do well, it's have you on the edge of your seat, squirming with desire. This is the epitome of that.Right from the get go the passion is obvious. It's lust at first sight, igniting into a story full of so much more.I adore Echo and Liv. So many raw emotions, tears, love, humour, dominance...everything most "real" people aim for in aving relationship, these 2 have in abundance. There are twists, probably not the most unexpected you'll ever come by (the reason I dropped a star in all honesty) and although the sex is hot, by the end of the book it does get a bit tiresome ( ok, I'll admit, I'm jealous of a fictional character and all the sex she gets off her hunky ass man...so sue me!)This is one hell of a debut book and well worth a read if you are a fan of the MC genre

Wow!!!
This is not the first book I've read by this Weir, and it certainly won't be the last. Somehow she just grips hold of me and doesn't let go until I've devoured every last word. This story is super spicy and so sweet. I loved Echo! Keep them coming please, and I'll keep reading! Gemma Weir's books are a guilty pleasure of mine, and a habit i dont intend to kick anytime soon!

Very intense
From almost the first page the heat is on. Echo thinks Olivia is s@x on legs, and wants her instantly, and what Echo wants he gets. He just has to get Olivia on board. Throw in a deranged stalker and what more can you want.

Decent first book but too many repetive scenes
The plot of this book had great potential and parts of it I really enjoyed. However, I did have some issues with it. The beginning was rushed but too long, if that makes sense. More time could have been spent on Liv and Echo getting to know each other and grow their relationship without all the sex scenes- of which there were far too many. I understand the relationship started with lust, but after a while every chapter was the same - a sex scene with Echo holding back Liv's orgasm and demanding she say she was his. The section in the middle was good - no spoilers but Liv's ordeal - but then after that it became a little drawn out again until finally we went back to repetitive sex scenes and a quick wrap up. I did like Ms Weir's style of writing and all the characters but if she is going to do a series which I suspect she may do, then I'd prefer a few less sex scenes and more concentration on the story. Decent first book though.

Riveting and steamy all the way through
Once I started reading, I couldn't put it down! Right from the first page Olivia and Echo came to life on paper and I fell in love with their characters and story. Great plot, pacing, and a very steamy romance. I also really loved all the secondary characters and hope there will be more books about some of them.I will definitely be reading more books by this author and if the others are as good as this one was, she will be added to my auto-buy list.

Wonderful MC Romance with An Alpha Who's a Force of Nature!
You know that AWESOME feeling you get as a reader when you discover an author totally NEW to you that writes a book that you loooove? Well, 'Echo' by Gemma Weir did that for me. I don't know HOW I managed to MISS Ms. Weir's work but am I soooo DARN happy I found her at last! The only upside is, this way I've got LOTS of her work to binge read! No waiting at this point! And Echo. Ah, glorious, marvelous, delicious Echo! EVERYTHING this woman craves in a stellar book boyfriend. Alpha, southern drawl, huge, bossy, DOMINANT, pushy, PROTECTIVE, focused, intense . . . . sigh . . . . I adore Echo. Seriously adore him! And, I have to say, in many of the books I read, I do not care for the heroines but I DID like Olivia (Livvy) a lot. She's feisty, snarky, stands up for herself, intelligent & completely bowled over by the force of nature named Echo. The plot's been detailed, so I'll just say how this one made me FEEL.I was completely pulled into this book, I was swirled away with Olivia by Echo, & somehow, no matter how domineering, pushy, bossy he got, no matter how he ordered Livvy around, I shivered in delight almost as much as she did. Somehow Ms. Weir managed to write this dominant possessive jealous Alpha in a way (for me!) that was PERFECT. I found myself completely reluctant to put this one down & when I was forced to do so I EAGERLY dove back in ASAP.I found the writing, the plot, the characters to be wonderfully done, I WANTED to meet all of them (not the baddies of course): the Doomsday Sinners, Echo, Olivia, Brandi, Sleaze, Daisy, Blade, Puck (shivers!) & Park. I was submerged in the story, forgot I was reading so invested in the characters & how everything would turn out for them.I was worried for Echo & Olivia: would they be together? Would they be able to have a HEA, together? I teared up as things came to a climax, was on awful tenterhooks as their story spun to the end. This one has wonderfully wicked SIZZLING steam (a lot of it!), romance, danger, mystery, suspense, love, loyalty, betrayal & deliciously dirty talking MC Alpha to adore. In short, I deeply CARED about Echo & Olivia, I was addicted to reading their story & I personally think that's a testament to the deft skill of this fine writer. And I cannot wait to start 'Daisy' next!

Slow Burn
Loved the storyline. Forst half of the book seemed very repetitive. However, the spice was on point, and I love that Echo fell hard first.

I love Echo!!!
Looking for an MC Biker Alpha male? Look no further than Echo. This was a new to me author that I stumbled upon and I'm glad I did. Echo meets Olivia outside of a bus station after her bus unexpectedly leaves her and she is cursing up a storm. He is instantly drawn to her and from there the world wind that is 'them' starts.Olivia is back packing her way across the states, being from England originally and winds up in the small town of Archer's Creek Texas where she meets a bossy biker who she just can't seem to stay away from. After getting a temporary job with the help of Echo Olivia is well into her adventure of living life to its fullest. Echo is blown away by her and wants her to consider staying longer(if not permanently) instead of going back home. With her Visa almost up and her feeling fro Echo growing deeper and deeper Olivia is torn. Until terror happens and they both are left to try and pick up the pieces in the aftermath. While I loved this story I did find that sometimes I felt it still could have conveyed what the author was going fro in LESS words. I mean the book is almost 100 chapters long but the chapters are short and would often time stop in the middle of a scene only to be picked up in the next chapter. It is told in duel POV and, and I can't believe i'm going to say this..i felt it could have done with a few less sex scenes. That's not to say that their whole relationship was physical, it wasn't BUT...There was a lot and I wanted to just get on with the story line. All in all it was great read and I will def check out the other books!
