The sound is not clear
I purchased this item to replace my A40 Headset wire that was starting to have a weak connection. I plugged this wire in and within 10 minutes of use have noticed the sound begins to get crunchy. I'll be ordering a replacement from the headset manufacturer instead.

Never buy this.
Anyone who has rated this above a 1 is a liar. This cord is the worst cord ever. It can cause static, makes your voice a whisper so no one can hear you. Causes an echo for others.
