MAX Absorption, Vitamin D3 + K2 (MK-7) Liquid Drops with MCT Oil, Peppermint Flavor, Helps Support Strong Bones and Healthy Heart

I was initially afraid that this would taste weird or tangy or feel like oil going down. (Not much of a problem there, but cod liver was never my friend going up, haha.) I also can't do pills currently and everything I was finding was dry or looked like a horse pill to me.On the contrary! The flavor is refreshing and light. It's more of a watery consistency and it's just drops, not even a dropper full. I'm taking this to have a more rounded out daily scope of vitamins and better absorb other nutrients. I've had a bit of insomnia of late, but am slowly starting to sleep better. And even on shorter nights, feel a bit more rested.Hope that in a few months, I feel a little less "crack-a-lackin'" when I stretch out my knees. Overall, I'll probably purchase again if it continues like this. Very happy with my product so far.

I am trying these for the first time and I love the taste and the small amount that is needed daily. I will continue to buy these vitamin D3 K2 drops in the future.

I first initially bought this vitamin D3 liquid supplement a few years ago and it honestly took only about 3 months to realize my vitamin D levels were good and back to normal. Halleluyah, praise Yahuah! :) a product on amazon that truly works well! Believe me, this is getting to be rare nowadays..:) Fast forward to the past couple of years I have bought this product again a couple of more times, one for me, and one for a family member. My bottle unfortunately, had a very noticeable defect in the dropper where it wouldn't connect and close all the way onto the bottle, causing leakage of product whenever I used it (daily). Soon after, Sandra, the owner of this company sent me a thoughtful email (including a smiley family photo of her, her kids & 3 legged cat, yes it's true LOL!) asking how I liked the product and if I EVER need ANYTHING to let her know even if the time frame of return went by on the site account. So, needless to say, I immediately took the opportunity to tell the truth about the defective dropper with one of the two bottles I had ordered prior and responded back to the owner's kind email in long detail. Here is the awesome part, within, just a couple of days, I received a response back from the small honest company owner named Sandra herself, apologizing to me for the defective product I had received and that her company would send me a couple of new droppers right away. So, basically she (family-oriented company owner) was so thoughtful and kind that what was sent to my surprise (in less than a week) was a yellow paper handwritten note by Sandra herself along with two new droppers and wait for it....a brand new bottle of vitamin D3 liquid supplement for either me or my other family member to enjoy as compensation for the inconvenience of receiving a defective bottle from the company! Praise Yah! Halleluyah! :) And thank you so much Sandra! :) So, clearly, you can guess by now, great product, great customer service that consists of honest, hardworking and thoughtful individuals who go above and beyond to actually make things right with faulty products and who truly care about their customers' human needs! Prefer liquid form over pill, easy to use and refreshing mint flavor

I like the minty flavor.

I found out that I had a Vitamin D deficiency. So I started taking this supplement. I have not been tested since I started taking it so I can't confirm it's effectiveness. However I feel energized and good immediately after taking it. It definitely does something. I prefer the mint flavored supplement over the unflavored.

I wish my insurance still covered vitamin d tests, but I will write based on other results. A few years ago, I had my vitamin d levels tested and they were low (and likely have been for a LONG time). I have also suffered from depression most of my life. My primary put me on a prescription vitamin d pill, but after a year, it wasn't doing anything. Learning about needing vitamin k to help absorption, and that liquid is usually more successful, I read a lot of reviews and settled on this to try. After a few weeks of daily use, I can feel the subtle effects with less depression. It's pretty amazing, actually, considering how long I have struggled and simply pushed myself through always feeling so bad. Unfortunately my insurance will no longer cover the blood work, but this was the only change I made, it took about six weeks, and the result have been subtly substantial. Highly recommended!Now the cons: It says to shake it before use, which I do, but sometimes that leads to losing some of it around the cap's dropper (maybe I am not careful about how tight the cap is on? But it's kind of an oil-like liquid, so be careful not to get it on your clothes). And I HATE peppermint, which is strong (but who cares about taste when a serving is just a drop?)Oh, and that's another reason I recommend this product specifically: It says the daily serving is just 1 drop, so there are over 1000 servings in the bottle. Even if you do two drop a day, that would still be a years worth in the bottle, making this an economical buy.

The vitamin works well and I think the absorption rate was what I needed. I stopped losing as much hair and my mood and energy was definitely boosted. Great value for money and easy to digest in terms of flavor and smell. No after taste.
