Works well, good suction power

I decided to purchase this machine to replace my Bissel. The old one still worked, I just wanted something with a longer hose, a bigger tank, and something that had a lot more suction power. Boy am I glad that I chose this! This one came highly recommended by a few detailers so I knew I was making the right decision. Even though it doesn't have a heater, it still works flawlessly. I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a good extractor, all while keeping within their budget.

By far amazing results, easy to use. If you are debating it just do it the product is worth every penny

The extractor works very well and is a good value; however, the picture on Amazon shows a metal hand unit which is not what was shipped. The hand unit is made of plastic. It is strong plastic, but still, I was hoping for something stronger.

We purchased this for our car detailing business and it worked so great for about three months. Then the water stopped coming out one week and now it just wont turn on at all. We have cleaned it out and watched videos on how to fix it. It still doesn't work. Don't waste your money if you will be using it often. Really negatively affected our business!! The protection plan from Asurion also doesnt even cover the product. We called them and they had horrible customer service.

Mine does not have a heater I just add oxi and hot water and work quick on my auto details it pulls in a nice pay year at end of year and does the job it leaks a little bit but if your outside or even in it's not to big a deal plastic head but for the price nice little addition

Bought this a couple months ago and already no more suction of the water...I was doing a job and had to stop not good for my business
