Not PD 3.0 [DO NOT BUY FOR ANYTHING other than a OnePlus]
I bought it thinking I could charge my OnePlus 9R and Laptop that supports PD 3.0 upto 65W with the same charger.Alas, a Samsung 25W charger can charge my laptop better than this.Disappointed.

Bad product.
Dont buy this. I got it and i received a defective one. Just opened it plugged it in and it doesnt even work. Who knows what defective products these sellers sell.

Waste of money
changing more than 3 hrs but stills not reach 100%. Very poor cragher and feel very guilty because i gifted this charger to my friend.
