Hi- I believe type H is a Quickie Refill. Unfortunately, while our refill is compatible with some butterfly squeeze mops, it is not compatible with all. I can tell you that the distance between the bolts/pins/screws on the back is 6.5 inches. If the that distance will fit on your mop, you should be all set.

Hi- Thanks for reaching out. Yes this item does include the nuts to attach the refill to your mop.

Q: Does it remove scuff marks

I have never used it for that but there are two scrubbing pads (dark blue in the picture) that may work

Q: What is the distance between the bolts/nuts that attach the sponge to the handle? The photo shows 6.5" but the actual description says 7".

I've checked out the description, twice, and did not see anywhere that it was 7 inches between the bolts/nuts. I measured mine and it's exactly 6.5 inches.
