Perfect sizes for fingers for learning guitar.

Too small!

The different sizes are great. But if your fingers are not dry, or they sweat, it doesn’t make a difference.

I got these for my husband, he had cut his fingers out in the shop, and he needed something to protect the fingertips while they healed to be able to play guitar. We went through several different versions of these before we found the set that would fit his fingers properly. My husband has very broad strong fingertips, he earned them three years of playing guitar, so I found a lot of them to not be big enough to cover. The other concern that I had was with his injuries I wanted to make sure there was a bit of cushioning so it wouldn't be putting pressure directly on his fingertip injuries. A lot of people also get these when they're starting to learn how to play a stringed instrument, so they would have similar concerns purchasing this product. I did want to let you know that these fit very well, the holes in them were able to let your fingers breathe which was a huge benefit. The other thing that I like to set the different sizes are color coded, and that made it really easy to be able to get exactly what size you need for the finger you needed on. The only issue that I had with them is that they were starting to break down after a couple of uses, and we needed to get a fresh one. Now I'm sure everybody is different, and like I said he has bigger fingertips, but after they were used a couple of times and you go to take them off, they would start to show signs of wear and tear with little rips. One very important thing we learned is to warm them up before you use them the first time and that does Aid with the stretching, we used a hair dryer, and we also used warm water, both methods seem to work pretty well. The only issue that we had was with the hair dryer, you need to make sure you're paying attention to how long it is on there, otherwise you can start to smell. Overall though I was extremely happy with this product, I found it to be a great value, and for the price I was very happy with the quality of the material itself. The only suggestion that I would make as far as Improvement goes, I don't even know if I can say because it might affect the overall quality of it. But I would like to see a bit more elasticity in the product because that would help with the overall durability. I'm hesitant to say that though because if you add more of the elasticity to it, that might keep it from being able to offer that additional cushioning, or that would make it to where it doesn't fit a snug and secure. But honestly haven't gone through as many different versions of this product as I had to purchased on Amazon and at the local store, this is the one that worked the best.
