I believe yes is the answer. The set has both Phillips & tri wing bits plus other types including T bits so should work. Does mention in the enclosed instructions suitable for switch oled. I have found this set excellent for the price which punches above its weight. Would some of these be small enough to dismantle a hard drive?

Yes, dependant on the hard drive screws obviously, but the bits are small, designed for small screws - they aren’t bits you’d find in a “normal” tool kit!
