Works amazing for increasing grip strength.

I didn't expect much but it actually works - definitely improved my grip when doing overhead bar workouts (pull-ups, chin-ups, one-handed hang, knees-to-elbows, kipping swings, etc). I don't use it for barbell workouts.Scent is alright, not too strong that it will bother you. It comes off easily too (I use wet wipes).This is my first time using liquid chalk so can't compare, but I've got no complaints with this one.

Waste of money
This has 0 grip ((((so disappointed I paid and could hold onto my pole...never buy this it doesn’t help with the grip it makes it worse(((((((

Works ok, not as good as dry chalk
Powered chalk not allowed in my gym, so thought I would try liquid chalk as an alternative, doing cross fit type training barbells, pull ups etc. chalk dries very quickly and is effective, however not as good as dry chalk. Note this is the first and only brand of liquid chalk that I have tried. Plan on trying some other brands to compare. Next day delivery was great.

Bad for Pole
Not good, it makes you hands more slippery for pole dancing. Waste of money 😩
