Super Nice & Hydrating
EpiLynx by Dr. Liia - Vegan Face Moisturizer For Very Dry SkinThis is a very thin lotion - more like a serum than cream but on the label, it describes this as milk and that totally makes sense - it is like fat-free milk. It has a slight floral scent that isn't irritating and I think it comes from the extracts rather than an added fragrance. This hydrated my skin quickly and feels wonderful. I still need to use an additional cream on top of this since my skin is super dry. I had no issues with this irritating my sensitive skin either - it feels wonderful and soothing. I didn't notice any cooling effect. I really love this. This milk comes in a gorgeous gold and silver plastic container with a built-in vacuum pump. It takes a bit of effort to prime that but then it works smoothly. I couldn't find an expiration date or other information so I guess this should be used within 12 months of opening. It is made in the USA and there is 30ml in the container#alcohol-freeKey IngredientsAntioxidant: Sea Buckthorn Oil, ashwagandha, Goji Berry Extract,Skin-identical ingredient: GlycerinSoothing: Aloe, Borage Seed Oil, Horsetail, lingonberry ALL INGREDIENTS BY FUNCTIONEmollient: Borage Seed Oil, Horsetail, Sea Buckthorn OilEmulsifying: Polysorbate 20Moisturizer/humectant: Aloe, GlycerinSolvent: WaterSurfactant/cleansing: Polysorbate 20Viscosity controlling: PolyisobuteneIngredientsAloe gel, water, borage seed oil, ashwagandha, horsetail, helichrysum extract, glycerin, sea buckthorn oil, hydrolyzed baobab protein, neem oil, sepiplus 400, goji berry extract, lingonberry extract.I had to translate these into their latin names to find out anything about them which didn't really get me very far.IngredientsAloe, Water, Borage Seed Oil, Ashwagandha, Horsetail, Helichrysum Extract, Glycerin, Sea Buckthorn Oil, Adansonia Digitata Extract, Azadirachta Indica Oil, Sepiplus 400 (Polyacrylate-13, Polyisobutene, Polysorbate 20), Lycium Barbarum Extract, Vaccinium Vitis-Idaea L Extract

Nice Serum or Emulsion To Be Used Before Moisturizer - 3 Different Ingredient Lists?
(Ingredients list is at the bottom of this review.)I have to say that this is a nice product designed for sensitive skin and those with sensitive skin conditions. However, I am really disappointed in the 3 different ingredients lists I found on this Amazon listing, on the bottle I received, and on the EpiLynx website. Ingredients lists are very important all the time, but they are especially important for those with sensitive skin. The fact that this brand is said to be produced by a doctor, but the attention to detail is lax and the information provided to consumers is confusing, at best, gives me cause for concern.Because this is technically a serum or an emulsion (I would say it's more like an emulsion), it is meant to be used before a cream or lotion moisturizer. That being said, the EpiLynx by Dr. Liia Cooling Face Milk is a nice serum/emulsion. It is thick and emollient like an oil-based emulsion. It is heavier and more emollient than a typical serum. It is actually kind of like a creamy, balmy texture, in a good way. It is lightweight in a sense (once it soaks in), but it also has body to it, because of the oil content. It soaks in nicely, but it definitely leaves a lasting layer of hydration and moisture on the surface of the skin. Which is good for dry, sensitive skin like mine. It can feel sticky upon first application, but it quickly soaks in. It layers nicely with other products. The scent is very nice. It is a moderately scented product that smells sweet, creamy, and sort of fruity. Though, I cannot seem to distinguish the exact scent I'm smelling. Maybe it's the goji berry and the helichrysum? Still, it's very nice. The packaging is a thick plastic bottle with a very functional pump. The product did not come with any outer box. Just the bottle arrived in a plastic bag.Overall, I do like this serum/emulsion. It seems to be really nice and emollient for dry, sensitive skin, and thicker texture emulsions like this don't seem to be so easy to find. Especially for sensitive skin. Unfortunately, the price is $29.95 for 15ml/0.5 FL. Oz. That seems a bit high for what I'm looking to spend, but the product does seem like a little goes a decently long way. That's something I'll have to consider after I've finished the bottle, I guess.I would recommend this product to anyone with dry, sensitive skin, because it does appear to be non-irritating, and emollient textures like this are nice, but hard to find. Hopefully, EpiLynx will fix their ingredient list issues post haste. If they do, I may come back and update my review to give it 5 stars.A NOTE TO EPILYNX & DR. LIIA: It would be wonderful to add accurate, full ingredient lists to all of your products listed on Amazon, and on your website, and on your packaging. It would go a long way toward helping your customers save time and make informed decisions without any hesitations or uncertainties. Thank you!INGREDIENTS ON THE BOTTLE:Aloe gel, water, neem oil, sea buckthorn oil, borage seed oil, ashwagandha, horsetail, helichrysum extract, glycerin, hydrolyzed baobab protein, sepiplus 400, goji berry extract, polysorbate 80, sodium PCA, phenoxyethanol, mica.INGREDIENTS ON THE EPILYNX WEBSITE:Aloe gel, water, borage seed oil, ashwagandha, horsetail, helichrysum extract, glycerin, sea buckthorn oil, hydrolyzed baobab protein, neem oil, sepiplus 400, goji berry extract, lingonberry extract.

Great if you can get past the smell
I have extremely dry skin and the Epilynx face milk is advertised to be a moisturizer for very dry skin. The directions on the bottle say for best results follow up with another moisturizer cream from their product line which I did not have. The product also claims to help with eczema and rosacea prone skin but since I don’t have any problem with that, I only got the product to help with my dry skin. The product comes in an attractive bottle which looks nice on my dressing table, and the cream is easy to pump. The first thing I noticed was the smell. I can’t describe the smell in any other words than just awful! I thought that maybe I would have to wash this off of my face right away, but decided I would give it a few minutes for the smell to dissipate, which it did after about 5 minutes. Upon application it is a little sticky, but that also goes away once the product is dry. I was pretty impressed with the end result. Although the instructions say to follow up with another cream, I didn’t do that so that I could judge the product by itself. My skin was left soft and felt hydrated for the entire day. The next time I used the face milk I did follow up with another cream and had even better results. If you don’t mind the smell and can just wait until it dissipates, I think this is a very good product for extremely dry skin. I also like that this face cream is made in the USA.

Caused Reaction But Will Restore Moisture Barrier
I have moderate rosacea and chose this moisturizer because it is “clean” and claims to cool & calm skin. It stung my face and caused some breakouts (pustules). However, my face felt like my moisture barrier hit the jackpot. My skin was still soft and smooth the next day. Maybe it will work for you!
