This unique tile scene celebrates the changing of the seasons. We’ve taken a single landscape, complete with trees and rolling hills, and have depicted it through every season. Spring boasts beautiful flowers and new life, summer is bursting with warmth, while autumn is rich with color and winter is aglow with wonder. Each season is created using 5 blocks and our landscape quilting technique. Appliqués are used to divide the backgrounds between earth and sky, and beautiful details are embroidered to give each scene it’s unique features. Once the blocks are stitched, they can be sewn together to complete the scenes. Stitch all 4 seasons together using the included typographical and icon sashing blocks to create a one-of-a-kind wall tapestry that will be cherished for many seasons to come.

I am anxious to get this started, I think it is beautiful. I have made a couple of of these type of embroidery wall hangings and have loved them. They are easy to use, understand, and put together. It takes quite a lot of time, but well worth the time spent!

Problems with errors in the instructions
Beautiful! My problem is not the the scene but in the instructions. Many corrections need to be made and an update should go out. For someone following it step by step would be making mistakes in their blocks. Time, money in fabric and thread would be wasted.Fortunately for me I’ve done others to have caught the mistakes. The patterns are not inexpensive therefore I think it’s ridiculous not to have someone proof these instructions before selling them. Just like recalls they should add corrections or notify if at all possible. I would not buy if I knew this had so many errors. One tile/block can ruin the whole outcome. I think it should not be overlooked and Anita Goodesign should make corrections on this addition. I’m not sure I would buy anymore, considering how much you pay and the struggle with having to watch each step. That’s not something I should have to concern myself about. Sincerely Ingrid Dempsey
