Why can't Vgate iCar Pro WiFi OBD2 Scan Tool be automatically woken up after going to sleep?

Vgate iCar Pro automatically sleeps after the car meter is turned off for 20 to 30 minutes. For Electric, Hybrid cars, iCar Pro does not support automatic wake-up after entering sleep mode, and can only be woken up by re-plugging the product.

What kind of OBD2 apps does Vgate iCar Pro support?

Vgate iCar Pro WiFi OBD2 Car Code Reader is fully compatible with ELM327, so it supports OBD2 APP based on ELM327 command, Such as Torque, Car Scanner, OBD Fusion, OBD Jscan, BimmerCode, etc. In-app purchases (varies by app)

App does not connect to the Vgate device?

Make sure the App is compatible and the correct connection settings is made. Remove and re-install the app; then try with another app. In-app purchases (varies by app). Blue light indicates Wi-Fi status, not Bluetooth. Bluetooth not supported.

How to use phone to upgrade firmware? What if fails/interrupted?

Scan the box's Q-R code with your phone to download the Upgrade app and upgrade the product. Product comes with up-to-date firmware. Rarely need to upgrade. If update fails(fail to connect to the app), unplug & replug, connect to phone and try again.
