Nice way to chill your coffee.
Whilst I had some trepidation with some of the reviews mentioning cracking. So far it’s been good for me. I’ve ensured I’ve not overfilled the liquid and it’s worked well. For those who are curious. There are essentially 3 chambers in the product. Two chambers are for forming ice and the middle chamber is where your drink goes in. As the ice and your drink doesn’t mix. You could literally take the chiller out of the freezer, pour your hot beverage in swirl it for 60 sec and stand for 2 mins and pour your now cold beverage out. You can then rinse the drink middle chamber and put it back in the freezer. Thus your ice / ice water will and can be reused

Great gift idea for any coffee drinker!
I bought the mint green one for my roommate. She used it this morning and rated it a 10 out of 10. I got this for my self and I am buying one for my mom for mothers day. It is super easy to use. You unscrew the lid from the main plastic part then there is a metal part that you unscrew and then a second metal part. So there are two metap parts the smallest one you add water to the mark on the side. Then screw it into the lid, then the larger metal part has a fill to line. Add water to that one. Then pour that water into the plastic part dry the in side of the larger metal part. And screw that into the lid it should be empty. The screw the plastic part into the lid it should have water in it. Once fully assembled place standing upright in the freezer. When ready to use you can brew directly into the lid or you can poor from a standard pot of brewed coffee. Let it stand for 1 min then poor over ice or let it stand a little longer and poor yoir coffee into your glass cup etc and it should be cold enough to not need ice. This is nice because if you like iced coffee you do not need to poor hot coffee over ice causing your ice to start melting, there by diluting your coffee. You do not have to wait for your coffee to cool down before pooring over ice. Also if you are making moor that 12 oz or preparing two beverages one for you and one for someone else you can use it two times in a row before having to refreeze. I love that in 1 to 2 minutes you have uniformly cold coffee to poor over ice or not. It is perfect for those of us who are tight on time in the morning but want a perfect iced coffee especually with summer coming. Maybe you are low on ice or completly out of ice problem solved. You are not limited to just using it for coffee. You can do tea, wine, juice etc. Any liquid beverage. How freaking awsome is that! Oh it says it is dish washer safe. Your beverage never makes contact with the water/ice. It goes into the space between the two metal parts cooling your beverage from all sides and makes minimal contact if any with the platic which is BPA free.

Works great
The only problem is, I was missing one in my box. Other than that the one I have is great the other one I wanted to give to my sister has a gift, but I couldn’t because one came only..

They work so well!! I love this product!
My husband and I bought these chillers last year, and while they worked great, the outside plastic cracked and the water would leak out. So when winter came we threw them out and deco to buy new ones next year. So when the weather started to warm up and it was iced coffee time again we ordered two new ones. This time we tried things a little differently. This year I did not fill the metal parts all the at to the fill line, and I also put them in the freezer wet (meaning I didn’t fry off any water that may have gotten on the outside. Now, I don’t know if this is what has worked or maybe they updated the materials that were used in the product, but we have not had a problem. We love them even more now!!!
