It was a repeat order, same product as 4 years ago. Delivery was quicker than quoted, and it fits better than the previous product (even that it was meant to be the same). I hope it lasts longer than 4 years though!

£79.99 fair price for this cartridge,Exactly what I needed, working perfectly so far, this part being available saved me a lot of money and hassle. Not sure how long it will last but I think that’s the nature of these products in hard water areas, happy I didn’t have to buy a new shower though. Only problem I had, (not with seller) was evri delivered to my neighbour, which is fine, but neither Amazon nor evri notified me, so I was waiting around for a delivery that had already happened.

One of these failed and I replaced it, three times. Then replaced the whole shower. Either the on off lever stops having any effect whatsoever when turned, or they start leaking. The leak is from between the hard brown and black plastic on the face of the cartridge. Roxor/Valquest, the manufacturer have suggested that they need to be re-calibrated. Quite how, when they initially work for a few days or weeks before failing, that recalibration would help is beyond me.

I have fitted this in a Bath Store "Bensham" exposed thermostatic shower valve. It is exactly the same component as it replaced. It will also be compatible with the Minimalist and Trinity exposed thermostatic shower valves from the Bath Store.This is a replacement part so the fact we needed to buy one suggests they're not great quality - the original failed after about 3 years use. However, this is a good genuine part and being able to buy it from Amazon with next day delivery on a weekend really helped to minimise the hassle of having a broken shower.It was pretty easy to fit if you're DIY minded and the part I received from "Home Standard UK" was an updated part that includes the additional plastic washer required for newer valves. Very good value as they are £90 + shipping elsewhere.

My bathstore Bensham exposed thermostat shower valve broke after two and half years. I would not recommend purchasing from them as sespite having a ten year warranty on the whole unit the cartridge only has a one year warranty. I ordered this as a replacement instead of paying £90 for the bathstore equivalent. It's exactly the same and works well so far.
