I did a lot of research on types of lights and their benefits and compared a lot of products before purchasing anything. I chose this over all because it combines both red light and infrared red light all in one. It’s well made and high quality but also super light weight. I have it hanging from a small hook above my bed and can simply unplug it and carry it with me to another room. Sometimes I prop it up on a countertop. It’s very simple with no remote control. Just plug in and flip the switch on the cord. I can feel it working. I have a neurological condition and a little time under this does helps my shakes go away or lessen the larger uncontrolled movements. When I feel cold shivers and stand in front of this, I don’t feel warm but the shivering gone. My skin does look greater than before and this has become part of my morning and night time routine. I wish I bought this years ago and would highly recommend it to anyone interested in trying out infrared light therapy. This product also had the best price compared to other high quality products.

I recently learned of all the benefits of red light therapy and was so pleased to find such a high-quality product at a great price! I absolutely love my red light therapy box! As you can see, I hang it from the ceiling using the wire and hook included and lie down underneath. I use it for 15-20 minutes about 3 nights a week and have noticed an improvement in my sleep (deeper) and skin (smoother). I also really like the gentle warming sensation the product provides. I believe it's improving my muscle tissues, too! I have less soreness and feel rejuvenated/repaired after each use. The great news is that the effects are immediate and seem to last. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to a salon for red light therapy for about 8 days now and wanted something for at home. The reviews on this this plus the price seemed really good. I just got mine today. It does feel cheaply made but has easy set up, bright warm lights. Wish there was a stand for it. I will update my review in a couple weeks as to how this works for me.March 21stUpdate! So, I decided to treat my wife to this red light LED therapy gadget because, apparently, red light is a thing now. Do I know what it does? Absolutely not. Does she love it? Absolutely yes.From what I can gather, this magical beam of red light is supposed to heal, rejuvenate, or maybe summon aliens—your guess is as good as mine. She shines it on her face, arms, and sometimes even her knees. I asked her what it’s doing, and she said, “It promotes collagen, reduces inflammation, and makes me glow.” Sounds like witchcraft, but okay.Meanwhile, I’ve been sitting here wondering if it doubles as a lightsaber or could cook bacon in a pinch. But hey, if she’s happy, I’m happy. Plus, it gives her that "I'm doing self-care" look, which means I can watch sports uninterrupted.Final verdict: 5 stars for the mystery magic light wand that makes her smile and keeps me out of trouble. Bonus points for how futuristic it looks—I feel like I bought her the starter kit for joining the Avengers.

If you been looking at red lights then you know how absolutely insane the prices are! for example Lumebox a very well known and respected brand sells a portable red light for 630 bucks 🤯 well fun fact, this red light uses the same bulbs + wavelengths! only con is it isn’t portable. but it’s larger and well made and you get all the same benefits!

Go for it if you're wanting to improve your health and you don't care about seeing NOT seeing physical effect on the outside. This product works straight up on the inside of your body. Since using I've felt better, more energy. Could be in my own mind, due to the hype that you hear about red lights (which why I gave it a 3) not sure if it's really helping me or if it's all in my mind.

I know nothing about red light therapy. I have thin, fragile skin that right now has a bunch of cuts and bruises.. While the light has not magically fixed things, anything that will help healing is welcome. This light is well-priced for beginners, which is one reason I got it, and is well-suited for one person. The light quality seems pretty good, and it's lightweight but durable -- I hung it on a wall. You have to attach an auxiliary power cord, which may or may not be a good thing for you. It has held up well so far, and no assembly is required!! I like it personally, so I'm sticking with it.
