Really stays put!
I couldn't put a regular grab bar up because owners thought it would split the plastic shower stall-- probably. Maintenance man put this up for me, and he was unable to pull it back off. Good to have in the shower.

Safety First!
I have tried a suction cup grab bar and it eventually failed resulting in a fall. After having this happen several times, I searched online for an adhesive attachment. This was the only grab bar I found that didn't rely on suction or hardware. It was easy to install and doesn't budge at all. From my experience, I wouldn't advise anyone to use a grab bar that doesn't come with an adhesive (if hardware isn't an option for your situation). I feel this grab bar is 100% secure and I highly recommend it.

Did not last a month
I scrupulously followed direction and applied to super clean acrylic shower surround. It adhered well and I thought "at last...!!! I had found the permanent solution" I also completely dried the area around the grab bar after each shower. But it suddenly came off easily just under a month after I installed it, without warning or signs of loosening.
