Is there a lead free certificate?

Safety is very important to us. All American Mug Pottery products have been certified lead-free and cadmium-free by Anresco Labs in San Francisco, CA in accordance with California Prop 65. There is not a paper certificate included however. Thanks for your question.

Can these mugs be put in an oven to make a mug cake? Thank you

Yes, these mugs are oven-safe. Thanks for your interest in our products and your support of American business.

Looking for mugs that don’t get burning hot when heating in microwave. Do these work?

Our mugs are thick ceramic and very high-quality. However they will definitely heat up in the microwave, as any mug will. Thanks for your interest and I hope that answers your question.
