Very easy to use.
When I needed to run ethernet to my office, I got two of these, one for upstairs and one for my office. These made it so I could just run a store bought ethernet cable with connectors already attached between the two wall plates. The hardest part was fishing the wires. Definitely will buy them again if I need to do this again sometime.

Not bad for the price
Works as advertised. Just remember to mark your cables so you know what needs top go on the top and bottom so when you get the 50 50 wrong you don't have to crawl under a desk and take it out and swap the connections.

Basic but good
I've installed several of these wall plates and they seem to be solid. I still prefer a cable to wifi connection. I buy the two ganged plates but only populate one connection with the second as a spare. This along with the low voltage box makes for a quick simple installation. I've been using these with Cat 7 cable and haven't seen any performance issues

Defective ethernet port. Had to order another one.
This product came defective because the top port was not functioning properly. It took me a while to realize that it was actually the ethernet port on this plate that was not working and not my devices or wire. I am only giving this 4 stars because amazon gave me an exchange with no complications and the 2nd actually worked. Just be weary that some of the ports might not work.
