Aztecs Revenge Mexican Style Hot Sauce Gift Set 10 Assorted Flavors

I received these as a Christmas gift. There are a lot of really good hot sauces on the market today. This brand is not one of them. If you really enjoy and even make your own hot sauces then you'll fully appreciate this review.We had to give these a one star rating for several reasons. First, they are all way too sour. Made mostly of vinegar, some peppers, (maybe spices), salt, and thickeners. Second, the green ones were so poorly made that after tasting them we poured them down the sink.The habanero is the only one that is tolerable and tastes like a less-flavorful version of Melinda's with similar heat.Aztec's Revenge is an awesome name for a hot sauce and conjures up great expectations of heat, flavor and maybe even the premonition of gastric distress from enjoying too much of it. In reality, the only revenge you'll be feeling is getting ripped off for purchasing this product.

My husband is crazy for hot sauce- the hotter the better! He liked this collection so much he had me order two.

The names are more intimidating than the level of heat, so even the wimps in the family were able to enjoy this fun gift.They are all mexican style, about the same heat as most store brands, but each one has a distinct flavor. My son (he gave the gift) and i keep changing the order of our favorites as we try them on different foods. Now that the bottles are all halfway empty, the ones which stay at the top are; Lime, Jalapeno, Mango-Habanero and Cayenne.Unfortunately it seems that this sampler is the only retail option. The manufacturer only seems to sell individual flavors wholesale by the case.

I really liked this set. Specifically the Habanero and garlic habanero. My co-workers and husband agree. They have good flavor, not just hot.

I really thought they were all super good. There's a few that are very similar but still vary enough in flavor to be unique. Decent heat but not bad, and bold flavor. I got mine for 15$ after Christmas ad BB&B.

Got this in a gift exchange last Christmas. SOOO good!!!
