I really liked this clock it's big, quiet, and easy to read. Unfortunately I have been having an issue with it lately where it will stop working and then start again, then stop and start. I have reached out to the seller to see about a warranty exchange and they replied the same day. I will update this review if they replace the clock as I have every reason to believe they will.Update: 7-24-2019Foxtop went the extra mile to make my issue right. They not only honored their 1 year warranty but told me how to register for it and shipped out a replacement the next day. Unfortunately the original clock was shipped to an amazon locker that no longer exists. After a week of no clock showing up I contacted them again and was told it was shipped and delivered according to the tracking information. After looking at the tracking information I realized what the problem was, I didn't think they would be willing to ship another replacement out for free but they did. Anyone have problems with the parts they source, Foxtop made the situation right without charging me for shipping and was very responsive to my emails. I would recommend this clock and Foxtop to anyone.

The media could not be loaded.  I purchased this because I have one picture on the wall has the rose golden frame as well. This clock is very light. Only needs one battery to work. There is no cover at behind. I think that's why the clock is so light. I waited and checked the clock for more than one week. There's no any delay of time. I think it's okay. Only concern is there is no alarm clock function. Maybe all the wall clock does not have thst function. I don't need it, so I am okay about it. Overall it's a good product with a fair price.

The web description needs to warn buyers that AA Alkaline Batteries will not fit into this clock. AFTER it arrived, INSIDE THE BOX, instructions said not to use Alkaline batteries. The rechargeable ones that we use everywhere around our home will not even fit into this clock. Instructions said to use Carbon batteries. I've been several places and not found any carbon batteries. Is that the same as "carbon zinc" batteries that I'd have to order online? I'll find another clock locally that runs on easily found batteries....

For the money best clock I have seen. There is no noise and has a second hand. Beautiful Rose Gold CLOCK.The Seller of this Clock is surprisingly A Customer Server Department that is OutStanding. They followed up withnot only me but with other Customers in which was stated in their review, to see if we was satisfied with the Clockwe purchased. I was more than Satisfied.

***Update, the seller reached out to me and offered to make it right, sent a refund and a new clock, WHICH STILL DOESN’T WORK so I changed review to 1 star due to clock quality, I’d give the seller 3 stars for their efforts***This clock struggles to keep time accurately...you have ONE job, clock, and I'm sorry you just don't do it reliably. I get lots of compliments on this clock daily however, but I can't say that people would notice it as much as they do if the time would actually stay accurate...."you're clocks wrong, but it's really pretty" is a common phrase in my newly decorated office.

***UPDATE 2: I received the new clock, and so far, so good! The clock seems to be keeping time accurately. I'll update again in a few weeks, but I'm hopeful there won't be any issues to report.***UPDATE 1: the seller has promptly offered to send me a new clock free of charge. I'll update my review again when I test out the new clock. I'm happy with customer service thus far.The clock is nice-looking - I wish it kept time accurately. I've had to adjust the time several times in a two week period as I keep noticing that it's off by over an hour.

The clock works as advertised- it has a nice rose gold color (pretty much like iphones rose gold color), is elegant looking and has big numbers to read!It is extremely silent moving and has a smooth second hand- so makes it a nice timepiece on the bedroom or kids room walls

Very disappointed. Hung it up and came back a few hours later to find it was totally wrong. Took it down to adjust the time. Rehung it and the hour hand dropped straight down to six. You get what you pay for.Edit: After leaving this review, the seller contacted me with a scripted reply. I responded because they evidently hadn’t read my review. They responded again and suggested I insert a battery into the clock, which of course! Why hadn’t I thought of that? This surely will fix the problem with the hour hand not being affixed internally. 0/10 would not recommend.

They should add in the details of the clock that the clock will spontaneously stop working after a few weeks on the wall. Jiggle it a bit and the hand will start moving again! Then hours later it will stop again. Looks great on the wall if you ignore the time. Quality in production is missing- save your money and buy something else.Edit:The company contacted me the next day regarding the issue with the clock and I was sent a new clock within the week. It seems that the new clock has updated gears or a new manufacturer? Either was it's working and I am satisfied that the clock works. Thank you for the great customer service and sending me a new clock!

Great bedroom clock no ticking and smooth sweeping second hand!

Very easy to install and looks great on the wall

The media could not be loaded.  This is an excellent clock both styling and function.It has a dead silent " analog style" sweeping second hand. See video. Very slick.The digits are very clear to see and the hands have sufficient length differences to be able to read time quickly. I find some clocks have hands that are so similar in length that it's ambiguous to read time.The rose gold pink is really shiney and bling. Works really well with my daughter's room decor as you can see in the picture of clock on her bedding.Comes with drywall mounting hook too. It is a complete kit. Just add AA battery.

I bought this clock specifically for the purpose of not having to hear a clocking ticking away. At first it was perfect, but within the first month it already started making quiet ticking noises. Given that it was a well priced clock and it was extremely aesthetic (one of the best looking wall clocks on Amazon), I let the quiet ticking go and ignored it. But at about the 6 month mark, the noise was getting louder and louder to the point that the ticking was louder than my bathroom fan. Now at one year, I can literally hear the clock in my bedroom even with the bathroom door closed. Sometimes the clock even gets stuck and makes a clicking noise that is so incredibly annoying I have had to take the battery out. I should have returned this as soon as I heard the ticking noise and picked something else that is actually silent.
