Got this to help my bass playing. Works perfect for stretching my fingers.

Useless
You’re supposed to be able to insert your fingers past the 2nd knuckle for excertain, though not all applications. My hands are probably on the smaller end of normal range for men and I can’t at enough get past the 1st knuckle on my index and middle. The adjuster screws don’t have near enough travel so they fall out all the time when loosened. Returning this immediately.
