Love them..easy to cut ..first used it for the turkey and the knife cut through like butterGreat value for your money .

The knife is good, balanced, however it is not sharp. I will sharpen it to 16 degrees as long as it is made by good steel.The fork is worse! The head of the fork is constructed by thick steel which is good; however, there is a DEEP NOTCH closed to handle. When I mean DEEP NOTCH, it is deep notch - not a groove for décor. They need to hire better "hand skill" labor to hand finish the handle part. The neck of the fork is hand grinding and leave un-finish marks. The DEEP NOTCH is hand grinding also, and it is more like V-shape. It is the weakest point. (I will TIG weld filling stainless steel when it breaks, and make it coned smooth without groove). The handle is worst: I don't know how to tell what shape it is! it is not round, nor coned. There is place with flat surface, and there is bump line along the handle. All I can tell this is from very bad hand skill for hand grinding !!!

Good buy
Well made - good weight and balance. Knife is very sharp and cuts easily. Have run thru the dish machine multiple times and they still look good and nice and sharp.
