Trellis is made from heavy duty material and nicely painted. Overall we are very pleased with our purchase. The price was half of what other vendors were charging for exactly the same item.The packaging could be improved. The unit comes in two pieces which simply slide together but on of the male pieces was bent slightly in shipping. I had the necessary tools to straighten the bent piece but others might not.

We received three trellises this week and immediately installed them along our 'problem' fence where they will support some vines. They looked fantastic and were a breeze to assemble. Be careful if you put them on a hard surface to not scrape the finish, as it will get abrasion and the copper-bronze coating can be marred.We are very happy with these, good value, and expect them to last 20 years or more.

Ornamental parts are solid metal , main body is tubular. I like it even with the missing part …it’s a little rod that goes at the very top.

I just keep buying these and recommending to friends. I LOVE their high quality and durability and looks. Bravo.

The product itself looks nice and I liked this one because of how heavy it is. Unfortunately, I've had to return the product fora second time because of how many scratches it came with. It was very frustrating, but they picked it up from my house and paid for the postage to return. The manufacturer needs to learn how to use bubble rap for shipping and not just thin plastic. Every spot that had scratches showed signs of rust within a week.

I purchased and the package delivery was all in tack as should be. Putting together is a two person job and you need to think a little to make it easy. Once together I welded all the joints together so no matter what happens to stays together. I've very happy with the product compared to others I've looked at. I will be buying another one in the near future once some other landscape work is completed.

I am pleased with the service and the item. The packaging was not the best. The item arrived with two of the feet bent, I did have to do some work to straighten them out in order to use it. There was no return label so I fixed the item myself. It is lively and we are pleased with it. All in all, I would think twice about ordering from here again.
