ROTHCOECWCS Polyester Neck Gaiters, AR 670-1 Coyote Brown

Purchased this because I am a Marine on recruiting duty in Nebraska so I needed a neck gaiter for use in normal civilian clothes as well as in uniform... this is a great neck gaiter: super warm, large, thick, keeps your face from going numb. The only thing is, the "Coyote Brown" color is completely off, and I can't wear it in uniform! The attached picture has an actual Coyote Brown beanie next to it for comparison. The neck gaiter is more of an Army/Air Force OCP/Multicam type olive drab than MARPAT Coyote Brown.Again, great product if you don't care what the color is, but if you're getting it to match other uniform items, be cautious.

Wore this at a recent drill driving around in humvees with just a soft top on them in low 30’s sleet and snow. Kept my neck nice and toasty. I have a big neck (18 inches) and was worried it would be too small, but it’s actually a little lose around my neck.The color is pretty much spot on for coyote for the Army and matched my fleece I purchased from clothing and sales. It was also cheaper price wise, but better quality wise than the ones clothing and sales had. It has a nice fleece inside that is super soft. The outer material is not fleece but is a heavier almost wool like material.

I had a nice one in the Army and this is not the same. It's much thicker and way too small if you have a big head and neck. Quality looks good though, but I felt like I was being choked when I was wearing it. I think my son must have taken my issued one though.

We never had these when I was in the Marine Corps, especially not at the beginning of GWOT and the early days of OIF.... we only had the summer gators... Man, I wish we’d had these polar gators. I probably could have forgone the shemagh and 2 gators and MOPP jacket to stay warm in the Anbar Province in winter.

Love it. I've been looking for my neck gaiter since someone stole all my guns and military gear back in February . I remember mine having thinner fleece on the inside but that might have been from the years i had it. Regardless. Love it.
