They will send you two random sized pads, I got regular-large elbow pads and regular-xxl knee pads. Completely useless.

These things are great, I've been using them for years
These things are great, I've been using them for years. The kneepads are perfect for Carhart double-front work pants (just roll 'em up like burritos and slide 'em in). Elbows fit nice in my TruSpec ACU shirts.

They haven't shrunk too much after two washings, are of a good high density foam for a 180 lb person, and have excellent coverage compared to Soft Knees while costing less.
