Not had a single day of illness since taking this for last 9 months. I usually get at least one bad chest cold in the winter but have had nothing this year. I’ve had the occasional runny nose but they’ve disappeared within 24hrs.

I have recommended these to many friends. After years of suffering from chest infections every winter (which always seemed to result in visits to doctors and antibiotics doled out), I started taking these after reading an article in a magazine and checking out the positive reviews. sorry although it is a very good capsules i can't afford to buy it anymore all of a sudden it is gone up almost 20 percent im a pensioner not a chance for me you should give discount to over 65 years .thanks
