Fun story, great acting
The story is a lot of fun, former (disgraced) baseball player starts working for a criminal organisation, and he manages to work his way up. The action is quite violent, so if you are sensitive to that you might skip this one. Plus for a South Korean film there is quite a bit of nudity and sex, if you don't like that you too should give this one a pass. For everybody else, you should be able to enjoy it.Image and sound are very good, so no worries there either.

fun thumbs up watch with park sung woong and lee min ki
overall an entertaining watch, although the execution of the plot doesn't quite stick the landing for the very good setup. i'm willing to overlook that though, since it delivers very well on a gangster/action movie. i think leads park sung woong and lee min ki body their roles, although weirdly neither of them are listed under "starring" in the movie description (fix this, amazon?) they are both likable bad guys that do bad things, for survival in the life they chose, some reasons 'better' than others.

terrible writing, great acting, overall stupid story
the acting was great but the film as a whole was an epic fail. i watch Korean movies and shows almost exclusively, and this is one i should have skipped. for a Korean film, there was way too much graphic sex and talk. Just gross. violence at level of all gangster flicks. truly disappointing.

Amazing Movie!!
Yeah it's pretty violent , and at times, intense. But Lee Min Ki is amazing. He's absolutely one of my favorite actors and he never disappoints. I really enjoy seeing him playing this type of character where he's violent, and angry... And bit psychopathic. This movie is subtitled but it's easy to follow along, not that subtitles are really hard to follow but definitely worth a watch.
